• Must complete the following requirements:<br />

Minimum of: 15 Skin Care Classes, 15 new customers and<br />

15 potential customers<br />

• Those who complete the requirements must submit their results to their Sales<br />

Director, who in turn will submit to the <strong>MKP</strong> Sales Team. Complete the<br />

challenge and receive a Mary Kay Bag (bag design is subject to availability per<br />

location; availability of bag design may vary per location). Submission of<br />

results to <strong>MKP</strong> Sales Team is on or before April 1, <strong>2016</strong>.<br />

• Additional: Those with additional of at least 5 new customers, 5 hostesses<br />

and 5 new team members EACH MONTH in January, February and <strong>March</strong><br />

will get a Special Reward.<br />

• New IBCs who joined in February or <strong>March</strong> and wish to participate must be<br />

able to have a minimum of 5 new customers, 5 hostesses and 5 new team<br />

members EACH MONTH, but have a cumulative total of 15 new customers,<br />

15 hostesses and 15 new team members within the challenge period.<br />

• The IBC or Red Jacket with the most number of new customers, hostesses and<br />

new team members (beyond the minimum 5,5,5 EACH MONTH in January,<br />

February and <strong>March</strong>) will receive a Stylish Vanity Case.<br />

Open to all Indepedent Beauty Consultants to Sales Directors<br />

CHECKLIST TO ACHIEVE THIS CHALLENGE:<br />

FOR BEAUTY CONSULTANTS TO FUTURE SALES DIRECTORS:<br />

• Beauty Consultants to Future Sales Directors as of December 2015 onwards may qualify for this challenge<br />

• Be at least a Director-in-Qualification in good standing by <strong>March</strong> <strong>2016</strong> (not missing unit sales production)<br />

• Have at least 15 new team members within the challenge period.<br />

• All new team members should have at least P36,000 cumulative sales within the challenge period.<br />

• All qualified new team members must not be in terminated status by the end of the challenge period.<br />

• Qualified Red Jackets must be in active status by the end of the challenge period with a cumulative personal sales of at least<br />

P200,000.<br />

• No ceiling requirement of recruits every month during the challenge period.<br />

• Previous Red Jacket Achiever starting 2014 must complete the personal requirements and be at least a Sales Director by<br />

April 1, <strong>2016</strong> to achieve the challenge.<br />

FOR SALES DIRECTORS:<br />

• Have at least 3 Asia Pacific Red Jacket Rally Achievers with a cumulative personal sales of at least P200,000.<br />

• Have at least 15 new team members within the challenge period.<br />

• All new team members should have at least P36,000 cumulative sales within the challenge period.<br />

• Qualified new team members must not be in terminated status by the end of hte challenge period.<br />

• Sales Directors must maintain at least P250,000 unit sales each month within the challenge period.<br />
