In the morning, depart for Jungle Trekking at Bukit Teresek and Canopy<br />

Walkway with Nature Guide. This walk takes us further into the national<br />

park. The guide will highlight to you the rich flora found enroute. You will<br />

enjoy a panoramic view at the top of Teresik Hill and on a clear day, you can<br />

also see Mount Tahan. Before returning to base, you will have the option<br />

of going on the canopy walk which is about 30 – 40 meter above ground<br />

where you can observe the forest from a better vantage point.<br />

Check-out from the resort and depart to Penang with drive towards Ipoh,<br />

and en-route stop will be made at the Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple. Then,<br />

continue journey to Kuala Kangsar, visit Ubudiah Mosque, Iskandariah<br />

Palace and Istana Kenanga Museum. After visit, we will continue our<br />

journey to Penang.<br />

Check-in hotel and the rest of the day free to explore Penang by your own.<br />

Next, take a leisurely Boat Trip to Lata Berkoh where you can enjoy a boat<br />

cruise through Tahan River to Lata Berkoh waterfall. You can enjoy in cool<br />

water from Gunung Tahan spring and rejuvenate by natural jacuzzi.<br />

Morning depart for Half Day Historical Georgetown Tour.<br />

Georgetown, named after King George III of England, has one of the largest<br />

colonial buildings in South East Asia. First stop, Fort Cornwallis built in 1808<br />

by the British East India Company. It is also marks the spot where Sir<br />

Francis Light landed on Penang. Next Chew Jetty or ‘She Chew Kew’ the<br />

biggest waterfront settlement or ‘houses on stilts’ created by Chinese<br />

immigrant in the mid 19th century.<br />

TAMAN NEGARA / KUALA TAHAN / CAMERON HIGHLANDS [B/-/-]<br />

Drive through Street of Harmony, which houses the Anglican Church, Kuan<br />

Yin Chinese temple, Mahamariamman Indian Temple and the Kapitan<br />

Keling mosque. Next The State Museum, built in 1821, houses a fine<br />

collection of old photographs, maps, charts and other historical relics. Tour<br />

ends with a visit to Wat Chayamangkalaram, a Thai temple which houses a<br />

108ft long Reclining Buddha. Directly opposite is the Dhammikarama<br />

Burmese temple which houses a magnificent 8.2 meter high image of Lord<br />

Buddha.<br />

Check-out from the resort and take boat to Kuala Tahan depart for<br />

Cameron Highlands via Kuala Lipis with Rubber Plantation visit en-route.<br />

Arrive Cameron Highlands in the evening. Check-in resort, rest & relax.<br />

Kek Lok Si Temple is the largest Buddhist temple in South-East Asia.<br />

Nestled within the hills in Penang, it is also known as the Temple of Ten<br />

Thousand Buddha’s. The 7-tier Pagoda of 10,000 Buddha’s, which<br />

dominates the temple, is influenced by the architecture styles of the Thais,<br />

Burmese and Chinese. A beautiful bronze statue of the Goddess of Mercy<br />

over looks the temple. Next, take the funicular rail ride up Penang Hill<br />

(830m above sea level), a cool hill retreat during colonial days for a<br />

panoramic view of Georgetown and the Straits of Malacca.<br />

Morning depart for Cameron Highlands Countryside Tour.<br />

PERSONAL GEARS<br />

Please bring along long / short pants, long / short sleeve loose Cotton<br />

T-shirt, swimming attire, towel, sport shoes, insect repellent & flashlight<br />

(no denim / jeans and tight / body shape shirt).<br />

This half day tour will take you to one of his tea plantations to watch the<br />

processing of black tea and later to sample various kind of tea in the tea<br />

house. After the tea break you will visit the local fruit and vegetable<br />

market, an apiary farm, butterfly garden, Chinese Buddhist temple, Cactus<br />

and Flower gardens and lastly a Strawberry farm.<br />

1. Night jungle walk is subject to weather condition. This may be cancelled<br />

due to safety reason or raining reason.<br />

2. Children below 10 years old are not advised to participate the Lata<br />

Berkoh Boat.<br />

3. Tea factories in Cameron Highlands are closed on Monday.
