Gluconolactat is a potassium salt on a lactose basis. With the help of this product, calcium can be worked into a medium without infl uencing its taste, which<br />

Sodium citrates are salts of lemon acid (E 330), which are intermediates of the energy metabolism (lemon acid cycle) and part of every living cell. The human<br />

body converts every day about 2 kg citrates. Out of lemon acid could be made mono-sodium citrate, di-sodium citrate and tri-sodiumcitrate, which all have a<br />
