Dear all,<br />

We received bad news some days ago. Due personal and immovable commitments, <strong>Ian</strong> <strong>Somerhalder</strong> will not be available to come to Brussels this<br />

year. We understand that you could feel very sad or disappointed for this news, we feel that way too, but there is nothing we can do and cancellations<br />

due these causes are stipulated in the terms and conditions agreed and in ‘guests’ zone on the website, that this could happen.<br />

We worked non stop during days and nights to try to find a replacement even knowing that <strong>Ian</strong> cannot be replaced in a lot of senses. We asked to<br />

everybody in “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals” (including, of course, main guests) and we found not just one person, we found FOUR NEW<br />

GUESTS. So, from KLZ Events, we want to give you the opportunity to meet seven guests this year in Brussels ‐May 14 th and 15 th‐ and we hope with<br />

this decisión that we could compensate a bit the cancellation of <strong>Ian</strong>.<br />

The new guests are DANIEL GILLIES (Elijah Mikaelson from “The Originals” ‐ BONUS GUEST‐), MICHAEL MALARKEY (Enzo from “The Vampire Diaries”<br />

‐REGULAR GUEST‐), NATHANIEL BUZOLIC (Kol Mikaelson from “The Originals” ‐BONUS GUEST‐) and RILEY VOELKEL (Freya Mikaelson from “The<br />

Originals” ‐REGULAR GUEST‐) and the final guestlist will look like this:


About the extras of <strong>Ian</strong> <strong>Somerhalder</strong>, as it is specified in the point four of our terms and conditions, products could be changed for the new guest/s or<br />

refunded. In this case, the products only could be changed for the new guest/s and products. Please, see below the opportunities you have if you<br />

How to proceed with the changes:<br />

1. Send an email to bloodynightcon_europe@klzevents.com with your PASS NUMBER, FULL NAME and PDF confirmations of the products of <strong>Ian</strong><br />

<strong>Somerhalder</strong>. Title: “Pass number + <strong>Ian</strong> <strong>Somerhalder</strong> changes”<br />

2. Include in the email the following <strong>info</strong>rmation for every product you have (example):<br />

Product: <strong>Ian</strong> <strong>Somerhalder</strong> photo op<br />

Change for: Daniel Gillies photo + poster<br />

3. We will not accept emails that do not include complete detailed <strong>info</strong>rmation.<br />

4. All changes must be online, no changes will be accepted in the event itself.<br />

5. Changes can be made until April 1 st , 2016.<br />

6. If you don't change the extras before the specified time, KLZ Events will make the changes for you without possibility of claim.<br />

7. We will send a new confirmation of all products between one week and ten days after receive the correct email of changes.<br />

8. No changes with Kat Graham photo or autograph, Matt Davis photo or autograph, new duo photos, group photo, “The Originals” group photo,<br />

Dinner with Kat Graham, Extreme Meeting Room or Full Meeting Room will be available.<br />

Another options if you meet the following conditions:<br />

People who have the pass for BloodyNightCon days 21 th and 22 th May, photo and/or autograph and/or Meeting Room with <strong>Ian</strong> could be<br />

change to Spain event. No other products can be changed.<br />

If you buy a pass for Barcelona, you can exchange your single photo and/or autograph and/or Meeting Room with <strong>Ian</strong> for Barcelona’s event.<br />

No other products can be changed.<br />

How to proceed with the changes:<br />

1. Send an email to bloodynightcon@klzevents.com (Barcelona event email) with your PASS NUMBER of Brussels event + PASS NUMBER of<br />

Barcelona event, COMPLETE NAME and PDF confirmations of the products of <strong>Ian</strong> <strong>Somerhalder</strong> from Brussels event. Title: “Your name + <strong>Ian</strong><br />

<strong>Somerhalder</strong> changes for Barcelona”


2. You will receive a new PDF confirmation for Barcelona event with the same products you had in Brussels (except duo photos and group<br />

photo).<br />

3. We will not accept emails that do not include complete detailed <strong>info</strong>rmation.<br />

4. All changes must be online, no changes will be accepted in the event itself.<br />

5. Changes can be made until April 1 st , 2016.<br />

If you have any doubts regarding any question in relation with these changes and possibilities, do not hesitate to contact with us. Please, take into<br />

account that it will be easier for everybody if all the <strong>info</strong>rmation is clear from the first moment.<br />
