Welcome to Camp J, where campers make memories and friendships that last a lifetime! Our camps encourage campers, from toddlers to teens, to explore and develop their interests in a fun, supportive community. Camp J campers become more independent, experience being part of a community, and learn to interact with their peers while participating in a variety of summer programs, trips and events. We carefully craft our camp programs to nurture your child’s interests, offering general and specialty programs, with age-appropriate activities focused on both fun and learning. There’s never a dull moment at Camp J! Your child’s care and well-being are our priorities. Our staff members embody the friendly, energetic and caring environment that we create at Camp J, and our low staff-to-camper ratio (no more than 10 campers for each counselor) ensures a safe and successful summer. We hope that your family will join us at Camp J this year and be part of another summer of fantastic memories...we know they’ll last a lifetime!

General & Sports <strong>Camp</strong>s<br />
<strong>Camp</strong> J’s General and Sports <strong>Camp</strong>s are offered most weeks and provide campers <strong>the</strong><br />
choice of a traditional camp experience or a sports specialty program. <strong>Camp</strong>ers in<br />
both programs are fully immersed in our camp environment and particip<strong>at</strong>e in daily<br />
events like morning flagpole and W<strong>at</strong>erZone, plus field trips and special events.<br />

Every Wednesday is field trip day for our General and Sports<br />
<strong>Camp</strong> campers! Admission and transport<strong>at</strong>ion are included<br />
in your regular camp fees. Trips listed below are subject to<br />

Annual Sleepover (July 7)<br />
Join us for our annual camp sleepover, complete with a real campfire and<br />
s’mores! We’ll play special games, w<strong>at</strong>ch a fun movie, and have <strong>the</strong> <strong>JCC</strong> all to<br />
ourselves! This program is included in <strong>the</strong> Week 4 General <strong>Camp</strong> fees.<br />
Color War (July 18-22)<br />
Be part of our week-long team competition designed to foster sportsmanship<br />
and team spirit. From track and field events, to song-writing, to our annual<br />
spelling bee, <strong>the</strong>re are activities for every camper. Parents are invited for <strong>the</strong><br />
final team performances on Friday afternoon.<br />
