<strong>sheet</strong> is compact, translucent, 60 shore <strong>silicone</strong> although we can<br />
manufacture any type of molded <strong>silicone</strong> <strong>sheet</strong> in size 500mm x 500mm<br />
from 2mm up to 25mm thickness, in hardness from 20 to 80 Shore A in any<br />
basic color or any custom colors.<br />
We can manufacture <strong>silicone</strong> <strong>rubber</strong> <strong>sheet</strong>ing in any of the following<br />
qualities: standard insulating <strong>silicone</strong> (VMQ), conductive <strong>silicone</strong>, vapor<br />
resistant <strong>silicone</strong>, fluorosilicate (FVMQ), very high temperature <strong>silicone</strong><br />
(THT), very low temperature <strong>silicone</strong> (PMVQ), platinum <strong>silicone</strong>, FDA<br />
approved <strong>silicone</strong> for foodstuff contact (CFR21 section 177.2600), and<br />
medical-grade <strong>silicone</strong> complying with USP class VI.
The main applications for solid <strong>silicone</strong> <strong>rubber</strong> <strong>sheet</strong> are through the<br />
different cutting processes, the manufacturing of <strong>silicone</strong> gaskets, die-cut<br />
flat gaskets, food contact approved <strong>silicone</strong> seals, although it is also used as<br />
vacuum membrane in lamination industries of different materials,<br />
manufacturing of transport belts for high temperature applications such as<br />
heat-shrink ovens, non stick liningson any type of surface, such as cooking<br />
<strong>sheet</strong>s in foodstuff industries, cutting of rectangular <strong>silicone</strong> profiles for<br />
heat-sealing, high temperature resistant support for T-shirt printing, etc.
Our Braid Reinforced Silicone Hose/Tubing is an open mesh<br />
polyester braiding incorporating with the walls of <strong>silicone</strong> tubing. Our<br />
Products enables <strong>silicone</strong> tubing to handle increased pressure<br />
applications and offers exceptional resistance to temperature extremes<br />
and is made from FDA-sanctioned ingredients.<br />
Braided Hose, also allows excellent bend radii and permits installation<br />
in restricted spaces with impeding flow. Elastostar Offers peroxide<br />
cured product and Platinum Cured Products which contains no sulfur<br />
or other acid producing chemicals, inflatable <strong>rubber</strong> seal, which<br />
eliminates the possibility of corroding, staining, or deteriorating other<br />
materials it contacts.
