The Australian Bureau of Statistics revealed that<br />

<strong>vegetables</strong> a day, compared to their recommended<br />

intake of 5-6 or more serves per day. Australian<br />

women eat an average of 2.5 serves a day, which is<br />

well below their recommended intake of five or more.<br />
