<strong>Security</strong> in your area. This will depend on the state you are in; therefore you need <strong>to</strong><br />

ensure you find your State's office.<br />

You may use your <strong>Social</strong> <strong>Security</strong> account <strong>to</strong> get a new lost or s<strong>to</strong>len SSN card. The<br />

following are the requirements for the online process; A U.S. citizen above the age of<br />

18 years with a valid mailing address. You’re not requesting any change <strong>to</strong> your card<br />

including the name. You have a valid driver’s license or an ID card issued by the<br />

following States- District of Colombia (Drivers license only), Michigan, Iowa, <strong>New</strong><br />

Mexico, Nebraska, Kentucky, Wisconsin (Drivers license only) or Washing<strong>to</strong>n.<br />
