18 years with a valid mailing address. You’re not requesting any change to your card
including the name. You have a valid driver’s license or an ID card issued by the
following States- District of Colombia (Drivers license only), Michigan, Iowa, New
Mexico, Nebraska, Kentucky, Wisconsin (Drivers license only) or Washington.
