Deposit and Responsibility Term The deposit (€20) is a requirement from the venue. This money will be fully refunded at check out if no losses or damages have occurred in your room. You will be asked to read and sign a term of responsibility form, making you fully responsible for all your actions during the Congress and for respecting the rules of the venue. Therefore, it is important to read the rules thoroughly and respect them at all times. Currency The local currency in Portugal is the Euro (€). You can exchange money at banks, which are open from 8.30 a.m. to 3 p.m., five working days a week; at bureau de change, etc. Portugal has a national network of cash machines (ATMs) identified by the symbol MB (Multibanco), from which you can withdraw cash 24 hours a day.
