Producer Mark Bakaitis<br />
Bakaitis’ first feature film, Narocsys won Best Film at the Melbourne<br />
Underground Film Festival, 2000. His documentary, An Evening<br />
With Mark Chopper Read was filmed in the weeks before Chopper’s<br />
death. His current feature, Cult Girls was shot in Lithuania.<br />

find love. He meets the perfect girl, but is she everything she<br />

Laut, and his directing writing partner Jack Rintoul, have been finalists<br />
and winners since the SSSFF began. Their film Refund (2014)<br />
was a finalist and Alone (2015) won Best Tertiary West. Their films<br />
have also screened and won at the Sunshine Film Festival.<br />
SIR DANCEALOT<br />
Animation<br />
Sir Dancealot is the short story of a knight in King Arthur’s<br />
times who tires of saving Damsels in Distress, preferring to<br />
practice his two-step in a dress.<br />
Director Lana Schwarcz<br />
Producer Atalanti Dionysus<br />
Lana Schwarcz is a puppeteer, writer, comedian and filmmaker.<br />
She collaborated with Atalanti Films to produce Sir Dancealot.<br />
It has played at festivals around the world. Her films The Upper<br />
Hand and 138 Big Ones were short listed for Tropfest.<br />
SWEET DREAMS<br />

Sophia is at a conference staying overnight in a hotel on her<br />
wedding anniversary. Her husband, Harold, surprises her and<br />
is astonished by the hotel’s service facilities and a penguin.<br />

Producer Sweep Productions<br />
Meyer has worked professionally as an Assistant Director on a wide<br />
range of television shows. His film Senseless won the Inaugural Best<br />
Film Setting Sun Award, along with Best Screenplay, and Best Director.<br />
Last year, his film Last Tune won the Best Metro Award.<br />

Winner of the 2015 AFI AACTA Social Shorts Award. Robin has<br />
acted and directed for over 50 years; several of his short films have<br />
been entered in international festivals. Co-producer Victoria Mcintyre<br />
has written three award-winning shorts.<br />
