Residential Habilitation Aide – NWA<br />
Full Time Sub<br />
Bost Inc. is seeking a full time Substitute Residential Habilitation<br />
Aide for Northwest Arkansas. Applicant must have a desire to work<br />
with individuals with developmental disabilities. Applicant must<br />
have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license and vehicle<br />
insurance, and pass a background check, reference check and drug<br />
screening. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Selected<br />
candidate must complete orientation and certification provided by<br />
the company upon hire including CPR, medication management,<br />
personal care, and MANDT if required for particular position.<br />
As a Substitute Residential Habitation Aid you will be a Direct Support<br />
Professional/Caregiver that provides coverage when an employee<br />
is unable to perform their duties. Work may require day/night and<br />
weekend hours providing assistance to individuals with disabilities in a<br />
community-based setting. RHA’s provide assistance with daily activities<br />
such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and<br />
personal care. RHA’s may also facilitate community involvement by<br />
accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing<br />
transportation to work or other activities. In addition, RHA’s support<br />
therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to<br />
enhance the quality of life for those we support.<br />
