• The card can only be used by the person authorizes to own it.<br />
• The use of this card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions<br />
of the Company’s loyalty program.<br />
• Information on the Partners and the Benefits provided to the<br />
Cardholders are available at this special program catalogue which<br />
is placed at D Zavos Group official website www.zavos.com and<br />
amended from time to time.<br />
• The Benefits provided by each Partner are valid only during the time<br />
period mentioned in the relevant Partner’s section, and are not valid<br />
during sale periods, or in combination with other discount or special<br />
offers or promotions offered by the Partner independently of<br />
the Scheme, unless otherwise indicated in the Catalogue.<br />
• D Zavos Group has the right to change any information in the Catalogue<br />
regarding the Benefits provided by the Partners at any time<br />
without prior notification to the Cardholders.<br />
• D Zavos Group bears no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise<br />
of the information provided in the Catalogue in relation to the Benefits<br />
offered by any Partner.<br />
• In order to purchase the Benefits, the Cardholder will enter into a<br />
separate agreement with a Partner. Partners do not act as D Zavos<br />
Group agents under the Scheme nor does D Zavos Group act as<br />
agent of the Partners.<br />
• To receive the Benefits from all partners participating in the Scheme,<br />
the Cardholder must notify the intention to use the discount Card<br />
before the bill is issued. If the Cardholder does not ensure compliance<br />
with these conditions, the relevant Partner may refuse to provide<br />
the Benefits.<br />
• Benefits entitlement cannot be exchanged for cash.<br />
• D Zavos Group does not bear any responsibility, will not be and is<br />
not accountable for any death, injury, loss or damage to any person<br />
or to any property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,<br />
from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any<br />
goods or services that may be purchased from and/or supplied by<br />
any Partner of the Scheme or in the event of refusal by any Partner<br />
to provide any products or services or the Benefits.<br />
• D Zavos Group is not a supplier of any of the goods and/or services<br />
offered by any Partner, and does not bear any responsibility, will not<br />
be and is not accountable for the quality of any such goods and/or<br />
services.<br />
• Any complaints by Cardholders regarding the products/services of<br />
the Partners must be forwarded directly to the Partners themselves<br />
and not to D Zavos Group.<br />
• In cases where a complaint regarding the Scheme concerns D Zavos<br />
Group directly, the Cardholders are requested to contact us at<br />
25818555 from Monday to Friday, 09:00- 18:00 or by sending an<br />
email to info@zavos.com.<br />
AMENDMENTS; TERMINATION<br />
• D Zavos Group has the right to modify the present terms and conditions<br />
of the Scheme, amend, suspend or terminate all or part of the<br />
Scheme any time without any notice to the Cardholders. Any such<br />
modification, amendment, suspension or termination shall promptly<br />
be posted on D Zavos Group website.<br />
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION<br />
• These terms and conditions of the Scheme are governed by Cyprus<br />
law. All data published in this catalogue is valid as of the 1st November<br />
2015, and may be changed by D Zavos Group unilaterally at its<br />
sole discretion at any time.
