TERMS & CONDITIONS • This card is property of D. Zavos Group of Companies. • The card can only be used by the person authorizes to own it. • The use of this card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions of the Company’s loyalty program. • Information on the Partners and the Benefits provided to the Cardholders are available at this special program catalogue which is placed at D Zavos Group official website www.zavos.com and amended from time to time. • The Benefits provided by each Partner are valid only during the time period mentioned in the relevant Partner’s section, and are not valid during sale periods, or in combination with other discount or special offers or promotions offered by the Partner independently of the Scheme, unless otherwise indicated in the Catalogue. • D Zavos Group has the right to change any information in the Catalogue regarding the Benefits provided by the Partners at any time without prior notification to the Cardholders. • D Zavos Group bears no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of the information provided in the Catalogue in relation to the Benefits offered by any Partner. • In order to purchase the Benefits, the Cardholder will enter into a separate agreement with a Partner. Partners do not act as D Zavos Group agents under the Scheme nor does D Zavos Group act as agent of the Partners. • To receive the Benefits from all partners participating in the Scheme, the Cardholder must notify the intention to use the discount Card before the bill is issued. If the Cardholder does not ensure compliance with these conditions, the relevant Partner may refuse to provide the Benefits. • Benefits entitlement cannot be exchanged for cash. • D Zavos Group does not bear any responsibility, will not be and is not accountable for any death, injury, loss or damage to any person or to any property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any goods or services that may be purchased from and/or supplied by any Partner of the Scheme or in the event of refusal by any Partner to provide any products or services or the Benefits. • D Zavos Group is not a supplier of any of the goods and/or services offered by any Partner, and does not bear any responsibility, will not be and is not accountable for the quality of any such goods and/or services. • Any complaints by Cardholders regarding the products/services of the Partners must be forwarded directly to the Partners themselves and not to D Zavos Group. • In cases where a complaint regarding the Scheme concerns D Zavos Group directly, the Cardholders are requested to contact us at 25818555 from Monday to Friday, 09:00- 18:00 or by sending an email to info@zavos.com. AMENDMENTS; TERMINATION • D Zavos Group has the right to modify the present terms and conditions of the Scheme, amend, suspend or terminate all or part of the Scheme any time without any notice to the Cardholders. Any such modification, amendment, suspension or termination shall promptly be posted on D Zavos Group website. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION • These terms and conditions of the Scheme are governed by Cyprus law. All data published in this catalogue is valid as of the 1st November 2015, and may be changed by D Zavos Group unilaterally at its sole discretion at any time.
