One of my favourite destinations in Broadway Market is<br />
the East London Design Store, writes Julie Daniels. Always<br />
full of the most beautiful items, it's a treat to come away<br />
with a unique design – and with the added bonus of being<br />
able to shop for such quality things on our doorstep.<br />
This month we'll be able to see the work of around 70<br />
of these designers and makers on the front lawn and<br />
galleries of the Geffrye museum on Kingsland Road.<br />
Design Show East will showcase items of homeware,<br />
fashion and fashion accessories, jewellery, graphic art,<br />
artisan food, garden design and products, so what a great<br />
chance to start your Christmas shopping extra early and<br />
take advantage of all this talent in one place.<br />
Good Ordering<br />
We've selected a few of the exhibitors for these pages to<br />
give you a taste of what to expect at the show.<br />
Barbara Yarde creates beautiful pieces of jewellery<br />
(pictured above) inspired by her travels to to places as<br />
diverse as Marrakech, Luxor and London's Victoria &<br />
