The Farnborough International Airshow offers companies, small, medium
or large, a unique opportunity to showcase products and capabilities to a
truly international audience.
EXHIBITION HALLS
The indoor exhibition takes place in four air-conditioned exhibition
halls which are the focal point of the show. They are linked and
clearly signed to guide visitors through. The clear span structure gives
you the freedom to use innovative stand design and to display and
demonstrate products of all shapes and sizes, including landing gear,
large machinery or aero engines.
The following exhibiting options are available:
SHELL SCHEME PACKAGES
Shell schemes are ready built stands available in 9 (first time
exhibitors only), 12, 15 and 18 sq m options. They are a simple,
cost-effective solution for first-time and seasoned exhibitors alike.
You can order custom graphics that seamlessly fit into the shell
scheme panels, provide your own pop-up stand within the structure
or use free standing graphics – the choice is yours.
Note: corner end stands can be left open if requested.
9 sq m - First Time Exhibitor Shell Scheme Package
New to exhibiting and keen to try out the show for the first time?
Our most economical package is the 9 sq m First Time Exhibitor
shell scheme.
This 3m x 3m stand includes furniture, in addition to the core
components. Located in halls 3 and 4, you will be next to other
companies exhibiting for the first time. Why not ask us about our
sponsorship packages, especially designed with the needs of the
SME and first-time exhibitor in mind?
UPGRADES AT FIA
All inclusive packages are available to upgrade for all shell scheme
stands. Pay one price and let us do the hard work at the show with
these hassle free exhibiting options.
SPACE ONLY/SELF BUILD/RAW SPACE
Self build stand space have the freedom to design and build a bespoke
stand using your dedicated contractor. Starting from spaces of 48 sq m,
a raised platform and carpet is supplied as part of this package.

SELF-BUILD PERIMETER STAND
Take a shell scheme space and build your own stand. Available in
15 sq m unit spaces and are available throughout the exhibition halls.
