PSA Technology Purity Up To 99.9999%
Air is composed of 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption)
nitrogen generation technology works on the principle of separation by adsorbing oxygen
and separating nitrogen.
The PSA nitrogen process comprises two vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS).
Pre-filtered compressed air is transferred through one CMS filled vessel. Oxygen is adsorbed
by the CMS and nitrogen comes out as the product gas.
Upon saturation of the CMS in the vessel, the process switches nitrogen generation to the
other vessel, while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization
to atmospheric pressure. The waste gas (oxygen, carbon dioxide, and so on) is discharged
into the atmosphere.

Applications
Over the years Bilik Air Separation implements nitrogen generators in various
industries. Adsorption nitrogen plants are suitable for a wide range of
applications, especially where fairly high nitrogen purity is required.
Laser cutting
Nothing can provide you with more cost savings than generating your own N2.
Our nitrogen systems are installed in hundreds of laser cutting facilities
producing from 99% to 99.9999% purity with output pressures of up to several
hundred PSI.
Our generators are serving all laser brands like TRUMPF, BYSTRONIC, AMADA,
PRIMA etc.
Pharmaceutical
Most of the pharmaceutical companies have multiple nitrogen uses and purity
requirements. Labs and some other low flow processes require very low flow at
very high purity. The facility requires lower purity. Bilik Air Separation can supply
the requirements for both applications.
Semiconductors
For years semiconductor producers have been using nitrogen inertion.
Nitrogen produced by Bilik Air Separation's plants is used to prevent oxidation
through the generation of inert environment in manufacturing of semiconductors
and electric circuits, finished products hardening, purging and cleaning.

Food
Nitrogen produced by Bilik Air Separation's plants is used for generation of
environment extended shelf life and facilitating the transfer and packaging of

generation of a modified atmosphere in vegetable stores and the enhancement
of fish farming efficiency.

About us
Bilik Air Separation was founded in 1995. The company has focused its expertise on sheet
metal process. The metal can be steel, stainless steel or aluminum. The company also offers
other services like bending or special welding.
In 2002 Bilik Air Separation started to produce nitrogen generators. To complete its line
of production, Bilik Air Separation has chosen Kaeser Compressors, a world leader in
compressors production, to supply air compressors, boosters, analyzers, filters, and more.
Bilik Air Separation's cooperation with Kaeser Compressors resulted in the production of the
most efficient compressors, at a competitive price and low maintenance costs.
Since 2002 the company designs and manufactures modular high technology nitrogen
separation systems with purity of up to 99.9999%.
In 2010 we have established a joint venture with an investment fund that specializes in
industrial companies.
Bilik Air Separation offers on-site PSA nitrogen generators as a solution to expensive
nitrogen for the metal fabricating and laser cutting industry, food industry, clean rooms,
semiconductors, high-tech industries and other applications.
Quality Control

The strict multistage quality control by the
different assembly units guarantees the
reliable operation of our equipment and
eliminates the possibility of failures to a
minimum.
All of our tanks are approved by the
Standards Institution of Israel. As part
of the quality control processes, we test
100% of our generators for 200 hours
before dispatching, and in addition, our lab
performs random tests.
The purpose of our vigorous quality checks
is to put Bilik Air Separation's generators
high above the industry standards.
