<strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation offers a wide range of nitrogen generators. Choose from our selection of<br />

All our generators can be optimized to supply purity of up to 99.9999%.<br />

<strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation offers complete installations, with components produced by Kaeser<br />

Compressors Inc., including compressors, refrigeration dryers, air tanks, gas buffer tanks,<br />

boosters and many other parts.<br />

PSA Technology Purity Up To 99.9999%<br />

Air is composed of 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption)<br />

nitrogen generation technology works on the principle of separation by adsorbing oxygen<br />

and separating nitrogen.<br />

The PSA nitrogen process comprises two vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS).<br />

Pre-filtered compressed air is transferred through one CMS filled vessel. Oxygen is adsorbed<br />

by the CMS and nitrogen comes out as the product gas.<br />

Upon saturation of the CMS in the vessel, the process switches nitrogen generation to the<br />

other vessel, while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization<br />

to atmospheric pressure. The waste gas (oxygen, carbon dioxide, and so on) is discharged<br />

into the atmosphere.<br />

Applications<br />

Over the years <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation implements nitrogen generators in various<br />

industries. Adsorption nitrogen plants are suitable for a wide range of<br />

applications, especially where fairly high nitrogen purity is required.<br />

Laser cutting<br />

Nothing can provide you with more cost savings than generating your own N2.<br />

Our nitrogen systems are installed in hundreds of laser cutting facilities<br />

producing from 99% to 99.9999% purity with output pressures of up to several<br />

hundred PSI.<br />

Our generators are serving all laser brands like TRUMPF, BYSTRONIC, AMADA,<br />

PRIMA etc.<br />

Pharmaceutical<br />

Most of the pharmaceutical companies have multiple nitrogen uses and purity<br />

requirements. Labs and some other low flow processes require very low flow at<br />

very high purity. The facility requires lower purity. <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation can supply<br />

the requirements for both applications.<br />

Semiconductors<br />

For years semiconductor producers have been using nitrogen inertion.<br />

Nitrogen produced by <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation's plants is used to prevent oxidation<br />

through the generation of inert environment in manufacturing of semiconductors<br />

and electric circuits, finished products hardening, purging and cleaning.<br />

Food<br />

Nitrogen produced by <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation's plants is used for generation of<br />

generation of a modified atmosphere in vegetable stores and the enhancement<br />

About us<br />

<strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation was founded in 1995. The company has focused its expertise on sheet<br />

metal process. The metal can be steel, stainless steel or aluminum. The company also offers<br />

other services like bending or special welding.<br />

In 2002 <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation started to produce nitrogen generators. To complete its line<br />

of production, <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation has chosen Kaeser Compressors, a world leader in<br />

compressors production, to supply air compressors, boosters, analyzers, filters, and more.<br />

<strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation's cooperation with Kaeser Compressors resulted in the production of the<br />

most efficient compressors, at a competitive price and low maintenance costs.<br />

Since 2002 the company designs and manufactures modular high technology nitrogen<br />

separation systems with purity of up to 99.9999%.<br />

In 2010 we have established a joint venture with an investment fund that specializes in<br />

industrial companies.<br />

<strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation offers on-site PSA nitrogen generators as a solution to expensive<br />

nitrogen for the metal fabricating and laser cutting industry, food industry, clean rooms,<br />

Quality Control<br />

equipment produced in its first priority.<br />

The strict multistage quality control by the<br />

different assembly units guarantees the<br />

reliable operation of our equipment and<br />

eliminates the possibility of failures to a<br />

minimum.<br />

All of our tanks are approved by the<br />

Standards Institution of Israel. As part<br />

of the quality control processes, we test<br />

100% of our generators for 200 hours<br />

before dispatching, and in addition, our lab<br />

performs random tests.<br />

The purpose of our vigorous quality checks<br />

is to put <strong>Bilik</strong> Air Separation's generators<br />
