Table Reservations<br />
On Tuesday, May 4th, a table will be set up during all lunch periods in the Wood Commons to collect table<br />
reservation forms. If you do not have a complete table of TEN people, or you DO NOT hand in a<br />
reservation form, we will fill the remaining seats at your table or place you at a table of our choice.<br />
Please only turn in ONE form per group (It’s recommended to designate someone to hand in reservations).<br />
You will need the following information for each member of your group:<br />

<strong>Prom</strong> Guidelines<br />
<strong>Prom</strong> is a formal event. Tuxedos and evening gowns are appropriate. Streetwear such as jeans<br />
and t-shirts are not permitted<br />
<strong>Prom</strong> is a drug and alcohol free event. In order to attend, you and all outside guests must remain<br />
drug and alcohol free for the duration of the evening.<br />
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all rules and conditions of a Stevenson function. Therefore,<br />
all rules in the Student Guidebook are expected to be followed. If you are unable to adhere to the<br />
requirements, parents will be notified and appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited<br />
to: loss of Spring Fling, Senior Party, and Commencement Ceremony Privileges.<br />
<strong>Prom</strong> is a lock-in event. Students won’t be permitted to leave before the dance ends.<br />
ALL prom attendees MUST ride the bus in order to attend. There will be no refunds issued if<br />
you miss the bus! All students must ride back to SHS in a bus as well.
Non-Stevenson Guests<br />
If you are purchasing a ticket for a non-SHS date, you must submit a completed<br />
dance guest approval form and their photo ID.<br />
Tickets for a non-SHS date will only be sold through the<br />
SUPERSTORE – NOT ONLINE<br />
No refunds will be given after 3:30 PM on Wednesday, May 4th<br />
Students will not be given refunds and won’t be admitted to <strong>Prom</strong> if they miss the bus.<br />
Stop by the Superstore if you have any questions on purchasing a guest ticket.
Ticket Sales<br />
Tickets are $85 per single attendee, or $170 per couple.<br />
Please make all checks out to: Stevenson High School<br />
There are no Activity Pass discounts on tickets.<br />
Ticket Sale Dates:<br />
Monday, April 18th: Ticket sales will begin both online and in the Superstore.<br />
Monday, May 2nd: All ticket sales will end at midnight.<br />
Guest tickets must be purchased by the end of 6th period.<br />

Admission is $55 per person<br />

Buses depart directly from <strong>Prom</strong> and go straight to Six Flags Great America<br />
Students are encouraged to bring a change of clothes that can be kept on the bus after<br />
being dropped off at <strong>Prom</strong>. Clothes will be kept safely on buses.<br />
Buses load and depart from Six Flags at 3:30 AM<br />
IMPORTANT DATES<br />
Permission slips must be turned in BEFORE Tuesday, May 10th. No Permission<br />
Slip, no Six Flags.
