WEEK EXCHANGE
When you purchase a share in any of our properties, you will also be eligible to
exchange with any of our other exclusive destinations.
-At the beginning of each year we will contact all the shareholders to confirm if you would
like to exchange some of your weeks with another shareholder (owning the same property or a
different property as you) ;
-You can contact Syndic8 Solutions any time during the year to exchange your weeks ;
-Syndic8 Solutions will handle all the correspondence between the 2 shareholders ;
-Once we have found a perfect “match”, we will confirm in writing to both the shareholders,
both shareholders will complete a week exchange form ;
-Costs related hereto are R500 per shareholder. This amount is only payable after a
successful exchange.
