Company Profile<br />
The Company's main objective is to offer comprehensive customer solutions. This is reflected<br />
in the range of services we can offer apart from the realization itself, i.e. consultations related to the<br />
customer's general idea, recommendation of optimum technical solution, quotation, design solution in<br />
3D, including production documentation and necessary calculations and declarations.<br />
Company History<br />
The Company began its activities on 1 September 1997 by transformation of a physical entity<br />
into a limited liability company. The transformation was a result of gradual increase of the number of<br />
types and volume of activities, number of employees and consequent changes of organization and<br />
management.<br />
In the field of machine engineering we offer comprehensive services, starting from development<br />
and creation of project documentation and development of a prototype all the way to series<br />
production of hundreds or thousands of pieces.<br />
In the field of construction we focus on family houses and other personal projects, including<br />
ground works, finishing works, facades, fences, including partial execution.<br />
The final subject of our interest is the areas where construction industry permeates<br />
machine engineering, such as servicing, operation-maintenance works, maintenance of air<br />
conditioning facilities, dismantling and demolition works.<br />
We have achieved maximum complexity of the delivered services, and thus higher customer<br />
satisfaction by mutual interaction of machine engineering and construction activities.<br />

Certification<br />
Preparations for introduction of quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO<br />
9001:2001 standard started in 2001. Consequently certification audit carried out in 2002, after which<br />
the Company was awarded the certificate. The Company decided to introduce the environmental<br />
management system ČSN EN ISO 14001:2004 in 2009.The Company has been certified for both the<br />
systems for its line of business since 2009 - metal manufacture, steel structures manufacture and<br />
maintenance services, ground works and engineering works, their changes and removal, servicing<br />
and maintenance of air conditioning facilities. See Annexes 1 and 2.<br />
