P&C NEWS
Student Insurance
Just a reminder to all parents about the payment of the school insurance. A recent accident
to one of our students at school, led to damage to their teeth, and it highlights the need for
all students to be covered. Please pay at either office as soon as possible.
Mother’s Day and Movie Night
We are asking for volunteers to help us in the selling of Mother’s Day gifts on Wednesday,
9 May on Caroline Street and Thursday, 10 May on Kingsgrove Road, both start 9.00 am. You
can join our volunteer register online at www.kpandc.org.au or see us on the day.
Also our next major fundraiser will be the Movie Night on Friday, 15 June where we
transform the high school hall into the Muppet Theatre for the screening of “The Muppets”.
It should be a great night so bring your beanbag and enjoy the movie and laser light show.
There will be popcorn, snacks, drinks, sausage sizzle and a coffee van. These special events
can only go ahead due to the hard work of a small but dedicated team of parents and we
need your help to make sure the night runs smoothly. Please click on the link above to
register as a volunteer, if you can spare just an hour or so on the night. All our volunteers
are greatly appreciated.
