INTRODUCTION 

TVN Industries is an industrious start up that 

specializes in a number of diversified areas. 

The company’s portfolio is intentionally and strategically suited to maximize on 

the Partners areas of expertise such as Construction, Infrastructure renovation/ 

restoration, Cleaning, Load Testing, Supply Chain, Industrial equipment leasing 

and labour hire. 

TVN is an acronym for the two founding partners names and surname respectively 

Thulasizwe and Vusi Nkabinde. The two are brothers and they expressly 

display those qualities when doing business with everyone else, thus they display 

the spirit of brotherhood, transparency and honesty with every business 

transaction. 

TVN Industries is greatly committed to community engagement and is committed 

to supporting various charities in the fight against H.I.V and AIDS and is also 

very actively involved in the Community Education especially in High schools 

within Mpumalanga Province. 

With headquarters in the business, administration and mining hubs of South Africa,

DIRECTORS 

Mr Thulasizwe Edward Excellent Nkabinde has a vast range of experience. He started from the very bottom 

in order to acquire all the necessary skills and competencies to ensure that all our work is to the satisfaction 

of the client. Mr TEE Nkabinde started off as a NDT technician at Sasol while working in the employ 

of the company Raysonic. From there on he moved to work as a welder at Eskom under the employ of 

Actom. Mr TEE Nkabinde is also a Heat Treatment specialist and now he is currently registed for the degree 

of Logistics in order to ensure that there is an all-round and complete knowledge base. 

Mr Happy Ignacious Vusi Nkabinde has a long number of years in the commercial side. He has a Law 

degree and is currently completing is master’s degree. He has worked some law firms in his early career 

and then moved to work in the academic industry as a lecturer of International Trade Law and Nuclear 

Security Law. Mr H Nkabinde has returned to private practice, thus you can be rest assured that your business 

is in safe, reliable legal hands. 

The combined, versatile skills and experience of the directors of TVN make it the most suited company for
