We've got solutions that hit the mark for 

either choice - the Profila T, Profila RS and 

Integra Line models offer the "chalet" 

interior with its light, wild oak look and the 

"Empire" interior with its mahogany-inspired 

look.

you to the "Chalet" line, in which the dominant 

surfaces are designed with a natural, wild oak look. 

The leather furnishings in beige (optional) complement 

the design beautifully. 


Our designers always use two colours to 

create contrasts and to create a high-quality, 

stylish and at the same time dynamic 

environment. We combine walnut surfaces, 

for example, with cream shades, or ash 

with matching surfaces in an ivory look. 

Handles and decorative trims are available 

in a chrome look, although other types of 

surface can make their own contribution to 

the stylish material mix.

The “Eura Mobil Sealed Structure“ concept 

combines the advantages of high bodywork 

resistance with the best endurance 

and an attractive design. Modern adhesive 

techniques borrowed from the aeronautics 

industry ensure a fully sealed construction 

with no bolting through the outer walls. 

The floor-to-wall joints are fixed by screws 

through the inside and finished by adhesive 

over all surfaces and round the whole 

body. Eura Mobil uses a mix of two industrial 

adhesives for optimum efficiency: one 

metre of joined profile can support the full 

weight of a complete 3.5t mobile home! 

The wood-free wall panels are insulated 

throughout to ensure the best winter use.

Stability through quality 

Eura Mobil supplies a particularly stable and torsion-resistant superstructure. 

To do this, we use high-stability moulded parts made from 

fibreglass-reinforced plastics and chassis frames made from lightweight 

and stable aluminium profiles. However, the aluminium profiles 

in the floor plate, which form the torsion-resistant foundations, remain 

invisible. The stability of the fibreglass walls and roof has also been 

proven in hailstorms, as a test by "Promobil" 02/2010 demonstrates. 

All-round body sealing 

The Eura-Mobil seal of quality for all-round protection of 

the body is achieved by a fully joined and watertight 

sealed body with wall and floor panels made from 

rust-proof materials. Adhesive joints make bolting 

through the outer walls totally unnecessary, minimising 

the risk of leakage. The all wood-free construction of 

the walls ensures efficient insulation and protection 

throughout.

To offer you every kind of freedom, all Eura 

Mobil motorhomes are suitable for use all 

year round and specially equipped for the 

"great escape". The full-length, heated 

double floor provides the basis for your 

independence (from Profila T). It combines 

three functions in one: it provides additional 

storage space with a height of up to 47 

cm. In summer, it provides a cool cellar and 

in winter it houses the underfloor heating. 

And it serves as a technology space where 

on-board technology and water tanks can 

be space-savingly stowed out of the reach 

of frost (optional on some models with the 

Arctic package). It also provides particularly 

spacious garages. For long journeys and 

/ or trips with up to six people, your Eura 

Mobil is well-prepared: up to three batteries 

and up to 200 litres of fresh water can 

be accommodated in the double floor.

Take a holiday whenever and wherever you 

want - a promise we can make to you with 

a clear conscience. That's because with the 

efficient, full-length insulation in the walls, 

the heated double floor (from Profila T) and 

the water tanks installed in the frost-proof 

cellar of your Eura Mobil, you can even take 

your motorhome holiday right to the ski 

slopes. The heated water system uses 

stable reinforced pipes, just like at home. 

As a result, it protects both fresh water and 

waste water from frost. And because the 

heating pipes are routed directly along the 

floor surface, the double floor even behaves 

like luxurious underfloor heating. So 

if you want, you can even walk around your 

Eura Mobil barefoot in winter and be as 

cosy as ever, looking at the ice and snow 

outside. 

Heated double floor 

The heated double floor (from Profila T) allows unlimited all-yearround 

use. From a regulatory perspective, Eura Mobil vehicles with 

the appropriate equipment fulfil the EN 1646 standard, achieving the 

highest classification "winter-proof". From a purely practical 

perspective, this means that your water pipes won't freeze even in 

the hardest frosts.

Fibreglass-reinforced plastic. This material 

is the secret behind many of the advantages 

that Eura Mobil offers both inside and 

outside its motorhomes. Fibreglass-reinforced 

plastic combines many contradictions: 

parts made from this material weigh 

very little, yet they are exceptionally stable. 

They achieve a high level of stability and 

avoid material stresses. They are superbly 

resilient to environmental influences such 

as moisture, stone chips, road salt or even 

hail, and also offer excellent insulation 

against cold, heat and even sound. They 

are long-lasting and can be shaped to 

create attractive designs. They are easy to 

clean and, if the worst happens, they are 

also easy to repair. So you may be starting 

to understand why we're so excited about 

this material. 

Fibreglass solid moulded parts: low weight, 

fantastic insulation 

All fibreglass parts in our vehicles are filled with hardened polyurethane 

foam. This combination makes the structure highly stable yet 

at the same time lightweight. And it provides superbly efficient 

insulation. 

Fibreglass underbody 

The underbody is fully clad in 

fibreglass, protecting it brilliantly 

against weathering, stone chips 

and road salt (Promobil 02/ 

10). Even the entrance is made 

from a moulded piece of 

fibreglass-reinforced plastic.

Wheel arches and the entrance 

area are protected against 

corrosion with stable moulded 

fibreglass parts. Stable aluminium 

aprons provide effective 

scuff protection for the edges of

The new lightweight architecture. 


The new lightweight architecture makes 

Eura Mobil motorhomes the especially 

lightweight representatives of their class. 

Thanks to screw-free, bonded connection 

technology inspired by the world of 

aviation and the use of lightweight and 

highly stable components made from 

fibreglass, these models offer excellent 

long-term quality with an especially low 

weight. The floor surface made from 

fibreglass alone reduces the weight by 25 

kg to 50 kg (depending on the vehicle 

type) compared to comparable floor plans 

from earlier productions. 

Added to this are new materials in the floor 

plate and an innovative, material-reducing 

profile connecting technique. All this 

means that even the 3.5-tonne class still 

has practical room to spare for cargo up to 

500 kg and more based on the weight in 

its ready to drive state. 

Sealing and design profile in a single component 

They can even be used between the walls and the roof without a 

single screw. To do this, a lightweight, powder-coated aluminium 

profile is bonded across its entire surface. This means we can do 

without an additional cover profile on the joining point, making the 

construction even lighter. 

Floor plate without additional reinforcement profile 

Hardened polyurethane foam creates additional reinforcement at the 

junction with the wall. An additional aluminium reinforcing profile 

can therefore be dispensed with. 

New lightweight floor surface (from Profila T) 

The structure of the floor surface used by Eura Mobil quietens the 

sound of footsteps and is easy to wipe clean. Its top layer is made 

from PVC, while underneath is a thin layer of plywood. The 35 

mm-thick insulating and supporting layer is made from special foam, 

with its end forming an underneath layer of moisture-resistant 

fibreglass. 

Wood-free walls 

Since we are able to avoid using heavy wooden struts, our fibreglass 

walls save lots of weight. They are nevertheless so stable that even 

hail has no impact on the external walls. A full-length, lightweight 

layer of insulation joins the external wall with the equally weight-saving 

fibreglass internal wall. Our fibreglass "miracle material" is also 

moisture-resistant. 

Solid moulded fibreglass parts with lightweight insulation 

All fibreglass parts are filled inside with hardened polyurethane 

foam. This combination makes the construction extremely stable yet 

lightweight at the same time - and also provides extremely efficient 

insulation.

Did you know? The furniture of a large 

integrated model alone comprises almost 

1,000 parts. This complex task calls for the 

furniture of our motorhomes to be designed 

using state-of-the-art CAD workstations. 

These ensure superb precision and a 

safe design. The three-dimensional represents 

ensures practical furniture designs. 

The result is quality you can see and feel. 

At the Eura Mobil workshop, this quality is 

translated into precise and robust components 

using automated CNC-controlled 

mills, as well as by our craftsmen who 

perform their work by hand. Combined 

with high-quality components from our 

suppliers, the result is stable and quiet 

furniture construction with a wealth of 

practical advantages. 

Furniture profile 

Invisible yet efficient: The additional aluminium profiles in the wall 

units ensure increased resistance against twisting. This helps to 

avoid material stresses and therefore annoying creaking noises. The 

additional rubber profile prevents any rattling during the journey. 

And even with all these advantages, the furniture in Eura Mobil 

motorhomes still looks fantastic.

top cab is an oasis of cosiness. You can

the large water tank with a capacity of up 

to 150 litres. Added to this is a wealth of

beds this comfortable - whereas Eura Mobil 

customers can enjoy them every night - or 

day - of their holidays. Combined with a 

generous configuration of space, pleasant 

ambient lighting and additional reading 

lamps in many cases, the sleeping area 

becomes a true oasis of relaxation and 

wellness. On many models, a room-dividing 

door separates the sleeping area from 

the living area, providing peace and 

privacy when you are travelling with several 

people. Depending on the model series 

and the design, there are a number of 

different options to choose from for your 

mobile bedroom, although all of the 

options are designed to be practical and 

convenient. 

For maximum sleeping comfort 

The orthopaedic 7-zone cold foam mattresses used by 

Eura Mobil ensure a healthy and balanced sleep. 


Individual sleeping comfort and a large garage (EB) 

Separate single beds are positioned longitudinally to the direction of 

travel, with a storage area or night stand in the middle. In most cases, 

the bed bases can be folded to allow access to the garage, which can 

be up to 125 cm high. With separate shower, also with room-dividing 

doors to the front of the vehicle (except TT 720 EB).

The comfort bedroom (low single beds EB) 

The separate single beds positioned longitudinally to the direction of 

travel make climbing into these low beds a particularly comfortable 

experience. To the side at the head end are storage areas. A passageway 

leads from the washroom installed sideways in the rear of the 

vehicle with separate shower, while a room-dividing door screens off 

the front of the vehicle. In series: Profila RS and Integra Line (730 EB) 

Central bed, comfort access from both sides (QB) 

The double bed is installed longitudinally at the rear and offers night 

stands and wardrobes on the left and right. An adjustable bed frame 

often provides access to the storage space. If the bed is hydraulically 

height-adjustable, it allows a range of garage and bed access heights. 

In series: Profila One, Profila T / RS , Integra Line / LS 

Bedroom with variable use of space (QB) 

Two sliding doors from the sleeping area with queen bed to the 

washroom and a room-dividing door from the washroom to the front 

of the vehicle make the shower, toilet cubicle and washroom each 

usable separately. The washroom with wash basin is installed centrally 

in front of the bed. In series: Profila T / RS, Integra Line 

Comfort bed for compact vehicle lengths (SB) 

The comfort bed offers low access; its frame can be folded up to 

provide access to the storage area. Access is available from the front 

and the side. Installed next to the bed is a lengthways washroom 

with separate shower. 

In series: Profila T, Profila RS, Terrestra T and Integra Line 

Bed with garage for compact superstructure length (HB, VB) 

The cross-ways installation of the rear bed or double bed allows a 

particularly efficient use of space - the beds take up the full width of 

the vehicle and underneath are spacious garages. Often, a comfortable 

step up in the foot section provides access to the bed.
