“actually happens” because of a lot of people, chief<br />
among them being John Grace -- as well as a rotating<br />
cast of characters who help with timing, food,<br />
details, etc. Additionally, Chris Bell has collected all the prior years’ results<br />
into one click-able and sortable database (linked above), and is now handling<br />
online registration on his boating beta site.<br />
