REQUIREMENTS
ENTRY FORM & ARTWORK
• You are required to complete our KA Visual Arts Registration Form by June
13, 2016. ALL art works must be submitted for digital screening by July 13, 2016
to the email kingdomartsvisual@gmail.com. Your pictures must be of high
• Entry to exhibition is BB$25 and is open to individuals or groups. All group
work must be signed by group leader and indicate members of the group.
• KA reserves the right to select only the art works which satisfy the
conditions relating to theme and level of interpretation.

i. Opening Night: Visual Arts Exhibition, August 14, 2016 5:30pm at
The Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination.
ii. Exhibit opens everyday 10- 6pm until Saturday, August 19

*PREPARING ARTWORK
FOR EXHIBITION
• Standard Label: Size: 4 x6” white card bearing:
Name, Title, Category, Media, Cost
• A second 4 x6” card can be used for a brief statement of your artwork.
• Kindly consider using plexiglass instead of glass for presentation
PRESENTATIONS & SUBMISSIONS
• All exhibition pieces (paintings, drawings, photography) must be properly
labelled, mounted and be suitable for hanging where needed.*
• Three dimensional pieces must be suitably mounted unto a base
• Size of art work should be of such that it can easily pass through a standard
doorway
• Artists are expected to remove their pieces and to dissemble their displays
within the stipulated time
• All art work should be priced for sale (money goes to the artist). If your work
is Not For Sale, kindly place NFS on label. Errol Barrow Centre for Creative
Imagination takes 15% of art work sold.
• ALL subjects for art work must be honourable and be of good taste in
composition/ representations, bringing the glory of God.
• All participants are required for setting up, dismantling art works, and
transportation of exhibition pieces to and from exhibition site as directed by
KA Visual Team.

EMBRACING OUR THEME: ‘THANKFUL’
Please consider as you create your artwork that you can use shapes and
of the following topics:
• Worship: Your work may capture God’s splendour and glorious presence as
an individual or corporate body worshipping and giving thanks to God.
• Testimony: Your art work could suggest or attest to evangelise or to give
evidence of something God has done for you or someone from the Bible.
• Jubilee: We should be “Thankful” as a nation for 50 years of Independence,
use your art to capture why and for what we can be “Thankful”.
