RESERVATIONS<br />
To schedule treatments at Mandara Spa Atlantis during your stay, please call or visit the spa upon your arrival<br />
to the resort so we may accommodate your schedule.<br />
EARLY RESERVATIONS<br />
You may book up to six months in advance. We require a credit card to reserve your appointment, but will not<br />
actually charge your card until after the service has been rendered. Cancellation Policy applies to all pre-booked<br />
appointments. Simply call (242) 363-3000 ext. 65900 or 65931 to make your reservation.<br />
<strong>SPA</strong> THERAPISTS<br />
Mandara Spa Atlantis offers spa services by both male and female therapists. We will accomodate gender<br />
requests where possible, but cannot guarantee availability.<br />
TREATMENT TIMES<br />
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can enjoy Taking of the Waters and<br />
the Relaxation Lounge. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment<br />
time to be on schedule for the next guest.<br />
VALUABLES<br />
We suggest that you leave your valuables in the safe provided in your guest room.<br />
<strong>SPA</strong> ATTIRE<br />
Wear whatever is most comfortable for your appointment. A robe and slippers will be provided when you arrive<br />
at the spa. During treatments, the therapists are trained to drape you appropriately.<br />
SERVICES FOR MOTHERS-TO-BE<br />
During this special time you can still pamper and indulge both you and your baby! Enjoy all salon services,<br />
facials and a Swedish Massage with Elemis Japanese Camellia Oil renowned for its safety during pregnancy and<br />
to prevent stretch marks. Please note that massage is only performed if you are between the third and sixth<br />
month of pregnancy.<br />
Y<strong>SPA</strong> TEEN MENU<br />
Teenagers under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult in both the spa and fitness center. For a<br />
full list of our age restrictions and policies please see our Y<strong>SPA</strong> teen menu.<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY<br />
We require a credit card for all appointments and at least four hours notice for cancellation to avoid being<br />
charged the full price for your treatment.<br />
PRICE AND SERVICES<br />
All our service offerings and prices are subject to change without notice.<br />
WEDDINGS/GROUP BOOKINGS<br />
Our Spa Group Coordinator welcomes groups both large and small. If you are interested in pre-booking spa<br />
treatments for a group, we can coordinate this for you and help with the details.<br />
Simply call (242) 363-3000 ext. 65900 and ask for the Group Coordinator.<br />
COMMENTS<br />
We welcome you to discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, or questions with your therapist before and<br />
during your treatment. After your experience, we would like you to share it with us via a comment card that is<br />
available at the front desk. You can mail this in to our corporate office postage paid, or seal it and give it to the<br />
spa receptionist who will mail it back for you.<br />
