ORDER DENYING RECONSIDERATION
On May 11, 2015, the State Corporation Commission ("Commission") issued a Final
Order in the above-styled cases. On May 20, 27, and 29, 2015, respectively, Daniel McDonald
filed a Petition for Reconsideration ("Petition") pursuant to 5 VAC 5-20-220 of the
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 5 VAC 5-20-10 et seq.
NOW THE COMMISSION, upon consideration of this matter, is of the opinion and finds
that reconsideration should be denied for the reasons stated in the Final Order.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The Petition is hereby DENIED.
(2) This case is dismissed, and the papers filed herein shall be placed in the file for ended
causes.
AN ATTESTED COPY hereof shall be sent by the Clerk of the Commission to:
