SHOW INFORMATION
Show Office
The Show Office is located on the ground floor of the
Members Grandstand diagonally opposite the Train
Departure Platform. Refer to Overall Show Map in this
guide. Our phone number is (07) 3216 1312.
INFORMATION OFFICERS
Two Information Officers will be located at the following points:
1. Lower Level, ROYAL ICC Building
2. In SIDESHOW ALLEY near the Passport to Freedom station
Wheel Chairs and Strollers for Hire
Enquire at the Information Desk located on the lower level of the
ROYAL ICC building.
Children
SAFETY – for your peace of mind free wrist bands are available
for children to wear in case they become separated from you at
the show. We recommend that you write YOUR name and YOUR
mobile number on the back of the wristband prior to putting it on
the child. This information will help us to reunite parents or carers
with lost children. Just ask one of our Information Officers and
they will gladly supply them to you.

Show Rules
The Queensland Caravan, Camping and Touring Supershow is
conducted on private property. As such the following rules &
information apply:
The show is a TOTALLY NON-SMOKING VENUE. Designated
Smoking Areas are marked on the Overall Show Map on pages 4
& 5 and located as follows:
• GREGORY TERRACE – just inside GATE 1
• GATE 2 – outside in BOWEN PARK and
• GATE 3 – outside in GREGORY TERRACE
• No skateboards, scooters or like devices are to be used
on the grounds
• No canvassing of visitors or exhibitors by unauthorised persons
• No unauthorised photography or filming of exhibits
• No dogs are allowed on the grounds
Free Train Travel
Free trains to and from the Supershow are available from any
station on the Queensland Rail City Network for holders of prepurchased
show tickets.
The ShowTrain runs every 20 to 30 minutes and starts at around
9:00am each day with the last train leaving shortly after close.
Retain your entry ticket for your FREE return rail journey home
from the Showground Station. The departure platform is located
off EKKA PLAZA. See Overall Show Map in this guide.
Emergency
In case of emergency, contact the gate staff or security who will
alert First Aid by radio. First Aid is located in the First Aid room
in the ROYAL ICC Building on the Upper Level. See Overall Show
in this guide.
Seminar Program
FREE Daily Seminars are located on the Upper Level of the
ROYAL ICC Building near the Camping Kids Zone.
Entertainment
On Saturday and Sunday ‘Little Campers’ will be entertained at
the Camping Kids Zone (proudly presented by CIL Insurance). Kids
will receive their very own ‘Camping Kids Passport’ which includes
an entry form to win a family pass (2 Adults / 2 Children) to
Dreamworld valued at $436 RRP. Simply punch the passport with
the symbol provided and lodge it in the entry barrel located with
the Camping Kids Zone. There are also plenty of other activities to
keep the kids entertained.
