As a member of the Gildan family, we operate our facilities in a safe and ethical manner, respecting and supporting each
member of our team. In 2014, we provided close to 1,000,000 man-hours of training to employees throughout our operations.
In 2014, Gildan supplied free on-site medical clinics to employees with more than 87,000 instances of medical care. 53% of
our total energy consumption was generated from renewable sources, and 90% of our total waste was recycled or
repurposed. Since 2010, our facilities have decreased greenhouse gas emission intensity by 45% and reduced waste sent to
landfills by 21% (versus 2010 levels).
