#1: Buy <strong>Textbook</strong>s<br />
Keep or sell them back for cash<br />
• Enjoy the freedom to write and highlight in your books<br />
• Save books to be used for future classes or as points of reference<br />
• Get cash for most books during buyback*<br />
Shopping Tip: Consider buying textbooks for basic core<br />
classes that will be used for multiple terms (i.e. Calculus,<br />
Chemistry, <strong>Bi</strong>ology, etc.) Also, when shopping for textbooks,<br />
take note of any guaranteed buyback prices advertised on<br />
the book shelf; these signify that the book will be purchased<br />
at the end-of-term buyback for a guaranteed specific price.<br />
*Buyback is conducted daily at the <strong>University</strong> <strong>Store</strong>, however the best<br />
offers come at the end-of-term buyback. When a book is being used for a<br />
future term or has marketplace value, we can offer up to 50% of the new<br />
book’s price during buyback. When purchasing books, please note that<br />
there is risk that certain books may not be used for future semesters or<br />
have marketplace value.<br />

We accept financial aid as payment.<br />
Financial aid credit can be used to purchase books<br />
and supplies in store or online – all you need is<br />
your Eagle ID.<br />
#2: Rent <strong>Textbook</strong>s<br />
Return them at the end of the semester<br />

• Shop rental programs, in store and online, with some<br />
variances in price and availability<br />
• Take notes and highlight within reason in your rental books<br />
Shopping Tip: Be sure to keep record of which books you<br />
rented and which books you bought. At the end of the rental<br />
period you will want to return the correct books on time. If<br />
you’ve forgotten or have questions regarding rental books, log<br />
into your rental account online for up-to-date information.<br />
Students can rent books both in-store or online*. A valid<br />
credit card is required to secure rental books both in-store and<br />
online. At the end of the rental period enjoy convenient rental<br />
return in-store. Rental books must be returned by the return<br />
due date or a late fee will be charged to the credit card given<br />
at time of rental.<br />
