Community Youth’s Groups Union Solidarity (CYGUS) membership, which
means if they request him/her for participation in any activity we would cooperate
with them by grant her/him the permit. We also aware of that if he/she receive any
deal contract/promotional proposal from other people the Cesata NPC and it
structures (CYGUS) which my son/daughter has joined, will be represented in

those processes the Cesata NPC and it structure should leading and take decisions

‣ The member and staff may take a full of commitment and be active participant in the discussion, formulation and
implementation of the policy of every Cesa Talents Agency NPC governance board or organs.
‣ She/he must receive effective accurate information on all aspects of Cesa Talents Agency NPC policy activities,
including the projects and programmes from departments and workplaces.
‣ If he/she recommended as she/he could represent the delegate of any structure to the any position of the Cesa
Talents Agency NPC, may be allowed to the voting elections to decide in fair and democratically selections due
to the position availability or opportunity.
‣ She/he has authority to exercise his/her vote freely and well respected at any meeting of the company.
