HERE IS HOW AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE COULD WORK FOR YOU<br />
• Maximum cost to the workshop to re-gas a vehicle is £4.00, based on a full refill of 650g of<br />
R134A refrigerant plus oil and dye top up. (Few vehicles require a full refill, most will simply ‘top up’)<br />
• Most VM’s recommend a re-gas every two years as part of the service schedule<br />
• Minimal input required from the technician, typically 10 minutes. Simply connect the hoses, input<br />
the vehicle details and press “Start”<br />
• Fully automatic machines will complete the whole service without further technician involvement,<br />
semi-automatic will simply prompt the user to open and close the taps<br />
• Technician can carry on with the service / other work whilst the machine re-gasses the vehicle.<br />
• Typical R134A re-gas charged at £29.95 - £49.95. Based on an average charge of £39.95, an<br />
entry level machine can pay for itself after 40 aircon services<br />
• Other spin off work is very lucrative – compressors, condensers, pipe replacements, sanitizing<br />
of system. Dealers will typically charge £29.99 to sanitize a system, cost is around £3.00 - £6.00<br />
depending on method / type used<br />
• Some larger workshops operate two machines during peak summer season to keep up with demand<br />

R134a OK Clima Advance Plus boasts a 22Kg heated refrigerant<br />
tank, 100ltr/min vacuum pump, built in printer and three oil bottles,<br />
for waste oil, new oil, dye or new oil for hybrid vehicles. The ability<br />
to transfer data to a personal computer and large class 1 80mm<br />
gauges make the OK Clima Advance Plus THE choice for<br />
professional air con service.<br />

BREEZE TOUCH BIGAS<br />
The new Spin Breeze model is designed to operate with both R134a<br />
and HFO1234yf refrigerants.<br />
No risk of internal contamination between refrigerants due to the<br />
machine having 2 evaporators, 2 compressors, 2 condensers, 2<br />
filters and 2 storage tanks. Automatic internal cleaning takes place<br />
at each change of refrigerant<br />
The Breeze by Spin is equipped with a 100ltr/min vacuum pump, 2<br />
tanks of 12.5kg, compressor of 400gr/min and pairs of couplings for<br />
R134a and HFO1234yf, built in printer is also included.<br />
The unit has a 6” x 5” TFT colour screen and can operate both on<br />
standard installations and hybrid with oil scale and specific software.<br />
