WHO is allowed to drop garbage into the collection system?
That the lid can be opened, it needs a registery with a personalized access card. The user holds the card just to the sensor on
the throw-in column. The sensor recognizes the personal card and opens the lock of the lid.
For this demand Villiger can offer you two different systems. Vident access control system which communicates online with a
server as well as Vident BASIC access controll system, which operates offline.

Vident Access Control System
The Villiger access system based on contactless RFID technology. The access system is a high quality, power saving
terminal in IP66 protection, which connects the access control and monitoring of the systems. The unit has a robust,
galvanized external covering and is suitable for standard column of underground container systems.
Card Reader
The integrated card reader is attainable on the usual
frequencies (125 kHz or HF 13.56 MHz). The frequencies can be
adjusted as well as it can be captured to RFID Cards
Backup
Backup of all recorded information (Access, weighting, level
measurement etc. ) are saved on an internal device memory.
LCD Display
For the user interface an LCD display with black lettering
standing on white background incl. Temperature compensation
available.

Electrical Power Supply
A permanent power supply for Swing-o-Mat and Lift systems makes it possible to operate the platform electrically or
illuminate the complete collection point.
Isolated Application with Solar Cells
The solar operation is a standard in underground container systems, if the environment allows or demands to connect an
access and weighting system. A solar solution consists of:
• Photovoltaic Module (adapted to the DC power consumption of electronics)
• Solar charge controller for controlling the load and the load voltage consumer
• Accumulator (capacity is according to the ratio of average charging current and consumption)

Possibilities of Acquisition and invoicing
A volume reduction flap for type Lugano 65 and 115: Because of the defined volume of the flap, at any time the same
volume can be invoiced per every single opening. This solution is a simple way of invoicing. There is no return stop available
in the basic version.
The throw-in column Lugano is also available with a return stop. It prevents, that the flap can be reopened again during the
closing procedure. Only after a re-registration with the access card, the flap can be opened again.
An insertion possibility by drum is available with Lugano 170 or Cupola system. As well as this drum has a defined volume.
Every opening can be invoiced to the individual user.
Counting by Opening
It is also possible to create an expansion by opening of flaps / drums or filling level measurement. With this statistic and
experiance, the planning of collection tours can be optimized without any additional installation of filling level measurement
sensors.
The integration of Access and/or Weighting systems of other provideors:
Existing electronical systems can be easily integrated to Villiger throw-in columns. Villiger Entsorgungssysteme, is able to
integrate, in addition to its own products, successfully systms from other vendors.

Vident Basic Acess Control System
In order to provide a simple but reliable access system
after the demand of the market, Villiger developed a
compact RFID system which can be integrated in a big
range of our throw-in columns.
With this system, it surrends new possibilities for cities,
municipalities and housing associations. Vident Basic
access control controlles the access without any online
connection to a server. All datas for invoicing, statistics
etc. can be manually retrived from a memory and recorded
to a management software. An integration into an existing
or new housing access system is possible too.

HOW MANY kilos was thrown?
To calculate the disposal fees on a fair according to input involved basis, Villiger can offer two different systems which supports
you in user registering and invoicing.
Vident Weighting determines with an integrated scale the weight each garbage bag.
Vident coloris uses per bag size a different color. If a user inserts not an official waste bag or other objects, the administrator
can send a ticked to the logged user.

Vident Coloris
With Vident Weighting System ,after insertion the waste
is weighted and it chaeged per kilo.
The Vident Coloris System uses per size of the garbage bag
a different bag color.
With this system a fair according to the input involved is
provided.
Example:

110l grey
After inserting of the bag, the system determines the color
of the bag and subtracts the amount from the credit balance.

Vident Weighting System
All types of throw-in columns bellow, can be equiped with a weighing system in addition to an access control system.
Depending on integration one or three load cells can be installed. All systems are certified and will be delivered with a
conformity declaration.
For the citizen as well as fort he municipality , the weighing technology offers a fair possibility of charging. The scale
determines weight, date and time of delivering per insertion. As well as it provides possibilities for various evaluations
etc. A user pays principle invoicing possibility offers a cost control for the municipality as well as for collection companies
and citiziens.

Throw-in columns for Vident Weighting System
Throw-in Column Caslano
This throw-in column type is suitable for Swing-o-Mat, Lift-o-Mat and
Quadromat systems. All lift systems provide a power supply connection.
For Swing-o-Mat it can be choosen a solution between a solar panel and a
direct power supply connection. The weighing system is done with a threepoint
scale and a standard solution of 200 grams. The insertion volume has
an average of max. 160 liters.
Throw-in Column Vilaro
The Vilaro Throw-in column is designed for Villiger Sub-Vil systems. The
entire platform including the container can be lifted out of the concrete shaft
via the throw-in column. All electronical components incl. power supply
are integrated in the column. The battery is charged via environmentally
friendly solar cells. The weighing is done by means of a monoblock balance
with a standard solution of 200 grams, the throw-volume has an average
of max. 80 liters
Semi Underground System Cupola
The semi underground system Cupola is designed, that the container can
be lifted out of the concrete shaft via the cupola roof. Optionally, a titlable
swingmatic roof is also available. All electronical components incl. power
supply are integrated in the roof. The battery is charged via environmentally
friendly solar cells. The drum weighing is dobe by means of a monoblock
standard soltion of 200 grams, The throwvolume has an average of 80
liters.

Quadromat
In addition to the classical installation of weighing technology in a throw-in column, Quadromat offers an additional
system for identification and weighing of four-wheel containers. Depending on requirements, the flap can be installed in
different variants.

Vident Coloris
In combination with the access system of Villiger, it is possible to integrate a user-based charging without scale or
volume reduction. This virtually wear-free system can be integrated into different throw-in columns of Villiger
Entsorgungssysteme AG.
The new system will support two different applications:
Volume Detection
Volume scanning of official waste
bags with a colored identification.
Controlling
Controlling whether the citizens
are using the official waste bags.

WHICH collection point must be emptied whevn?
To get an overview of the filling level, you are well equipped with thwo filling level sensors Vident level measurement control
and the software Vident as well as Vident control. Both systems work with sensors which detect the level. All datas are
transmitted via GPRS to a server which delivers the necessary datas to your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Vident Level Meas. System
Vident control
The Vident access system integrates already a filling level
measurement system.
With a software, which will be installed on your computer, it
is possible to manage the amount of waste in the individual
containers.
If you do not use a Vident access system, but still want
to benefit from a full level measurement system, you
can achive this with Vident Control. This system works
autonomous, measures the filling level of each container
and transmits the information to a server. The information
are available by internet. WIth a tablet or smartphone it can
be controlled locally to the full registry.
Vident Software
Vident control
The Vident software is the link between level measurement
and you. The software allows you to manage the clients and
data map, opening hours of the colleciton point and needed
statistics. The datas can be useful in for example financial
accoounting programms.
This web solution you can log in with any tablet, smartphone
or PC in the system and check the full registry. So that you
and your team are completely mobile and also go to access
the data.

Vident Level Measurement System and Vident Software
The filling level of the container is scanned Vident, and determines the full state with a sensor. This is then transmits to
a server in this system. If you now want to determine the full state of the various stations, you can be at your computer in
the supplied software log Vident software and read the full professional.

The software Package consists of two programms:
Communicator
The communication software for the data exchange between the collection points. With this software the GPRS Connection
and data transmission can be monitored and tested. Various setting options fort he server to communicate with the
management software are integrated.
Communication Manager
Management and maintenance of master data. Setting the parameters for the individual collection points and opening
hours. Possibility to create reports. Expression or export the data to continue leading programms. For Example Billing
Programms.
The software is clearly represented, simple and intuitive for using.
Opening hours for the collection points can be easily changed
from the office.
Simple acquisition of new customers or activation of
new access cards.

Vident Software
The software offers a variety of
reporting options. The user can
create with a few clicks its individual
evaluations or reports.
Special evaluations, which are not
integrated in the standard product,
can be installed belatedly.
The display of the level measurement
of the collection points completes
the software package. With
these informations the tours can

Additionally, to our proven level measurement system, an integral part of our electronic access system, we have added
an innovative Master / Slave Measurement system into our portfolio. The software is a web-basesd application which
is hosted by Villiger. With this solution, entires new approaches in acquisition and maintenance of software. It is worth
thinking about it!
Villiger offers a complete service for the software. This means the software is provided via internet and we take care of
the maintenance, database and data backup. All this over a very affordable monthly fee.

Details Cash Machine
The Cash Machine is an optional component oft he Vidend
System as a pre-paid solution. With the Cash Machine
the credit can be easily charged.
It is customer-friendly and can be used outboard of
office opening hours. The access to the Cash Machine
can be configured via an RFID Access Control Card. The
card can be used instead of a standard door key also.
There is also a possibility to equip your municpality
with a charging station. Thus the customer can easily
pass the municipality and pay any amount in chash to
recharge the card again. It is simple and uncomplicated.

The storage of a balance can be done in two ways:
1. The Balance will be managed on a individual user
account and not stored on the RFID Card.
(Data Network)
2. The balance will be stored on the RFID Card
(Data on Transponder).
Advantage: If the card is damaged or lost, the
balance is still stored on the server.
Advantage: If it is not possible find a connection to
the server, the invoice function is still guaranteed.
