• Can be finger-tightened.<br />
• Permanently s<strong>et</strong> with open end wrench.<br />
• No m<strong>et</strong>al comes in contact with the coolant.<br />
• Body of plug is specially compounded Neoprene, resistant to heat, antifreeze,<br />
and rust inhibitors.<br />
• Expands as much as 1/8” to seal tightly against irregularities.<br />

• Install dry.<br />
• Do not use sealer.<br />
• Do not use where p<strong>et</strong>roleum<br />
products contact rubber.<br />
• Do not overtighten.<br />

1 • Make sure washer and nut are loose.<br />

• Washer must be flush with side of wall before and after plug is installed.<br />

• Plug must extend 1/4” beyond inside wall to allow a ridge to form.<br />
Le tampon doit dépassé le mur intérieure d’aux moins 1/4 de pouce<br />

• Turn the nut clockwise 2 or 3 turns to form a ridge and properly s<strong>et</strong> plug.<br />
Pour bien placer le tampon, serrez l’écrou de 2 ou 3 tours.<br />
• When properly installed, plug will hold pressure to 50 P. S. I.<br />
