FORTDRESS is an innovative and successful family business. 

Back in 1948 the great-grandfather and grandfather 

supplied supermarkets by bike and rucksack, later with a 

fleet of vans. Over the years our company has grown and 

has become a well-known supplier for workplace safety. 

Our customer service has always stood for close customer 

relation, where all demands and challenges throughout the 

USA are well looked after. 

We have specialized in protective clothing for staff at 

refrigerated warehouses and distribution Centers. Our 

core competence is to continuously improve every single 

product to keep workers safe and comfortable in cold and 

freezing environment. Our customers are supermarket 

chains, 3PL companies and the food industry throughout 

the USA. Furthermore, we have a network of distributors

blown in intensively with 385 to 770 m3/ 

hour. Double thermal protection! Both the 

doors and the hinges offer extreme 

stability: Welded and brazed hinges made 

of steel plate, beveled sheeting, corners 

riveted four-fold, vertical reinforcement 

bar on the doors, rubber knobs on the corners 

for silent closing. At the factory, the 

units can also be equipped with a further 

blower to bring the total power up to 770
