Who is <strong>PWP</strong>?<br />
<strong>PWP</strong> is a Neighbouhood Watch staffed by<br />
volunteer residents from the Panorama,<br />
Welgelegen, Plattekloof and Kleinbosch<br />
areas. The function of <strong>PWP</strong> is to be the eyes<br />
and ears of the police and private security<br />
companies working in our area. We do not<br />
engage criminals directly but regularly patrol<br />
and watch our roads, alleys, public spaces<br />
and parks and report suspicious or illegal<br />
activities to the relevant authorities for<br />
immediate action.

We can come collect or you can send the completed<br />
forms back to us.<br />
All applications are screened by the SAPS.<br />
After the SAPS gives you the all good, we will issue you<br />
with a Membership card.

<strong>PWP</strong> NHW has 3 WhatsApp Groups (One each for<br />
Plattekloof; Panorama; and Welgelegen/ Kleinbosch).<br />
These Groups allow residents to highlight suspicious<br />
persons and activities and indeed of crimes experienced<br />
in their immediate areas.<br />
The Groups also allow the <strong>PWP</strong> Watch to respond where<br />
necessary and allow other residents to become aware of<br />
any possible imminent threat.<br />
In this manner you are able to positively contribute to a<br />
safer community without becoming an active patroller<br />
of the <strong>PWP</strong> NHW!<br />
