On receipt of your order you will receive proof copies within 5 working days.<br />
Any amendments submitted will be returned to you within 2 working days of receipt of them.<br />
All orders need to be approved by either email or post.<br />
Once approved, all your items will be printed and delivered within 5 working days unless stated.<br />
All payments, unless otherwise stated, will be debited from your goods account at the point of approval of<br />
artwork. All payments are due in line with your credit terms with Punch Taverns.<br />
IN A HURRY?<br />
If you are in a hurry we can print and deliver selected products in two working days with our premium delivery service.<br />
There will be a fixed cost of £24 added to your order irrespective of the number of items in your order. The standard free of charge 5 working<br />
day delivery option will remain the default process unless a premium delivery is requested.<br />
The premium delivery option must be requested at the point of approving your artwork(s). The cut off point for the premium option is midday, an<br />
example being, if you approve artwork by midday on a Monday you will receive your items on Wednesday.<br />
Not all items can be included in the premium service due to the manufacturing nature and drying time required to finish the products. Products<br />
not available within this service include, laminated menus, banners, beer mats, bar runners and stampers.<br />
