Pasteurization<br />
The pasteurization parameters in the clinitherm<br />
pasteur are set at the manufacturer.<br />
Breast milk is pasteurized at a temperature of<br />
+63°C for 30 minutes. A reference milk bottle<br />
measures the temperature.<br />
