available again to refugees<br />

wanting to bring their family<br />

members to Australia.<br />

Refugee definition changed for<br />

applications for protection visas<br />

made on or after 16 December<br />

<strong>2014</strong> require applicants to show<br />

they will be persecuted in all areas<br />

of the country they are fleeing.<br />
