Place your order before 4pm (AEST) and we
guarantee to pick and ship in stock items the
same day.
Delivery
Delivery charge will be added at the time of order.
Special charges will apply for heavier or bulky
products and for delivery to some regional areas.
Pricing
Prices are current as of 1st August, 2016. These
prices exclude GST and freight. We make every
effort to maintain our pricing, however, due to market
fluctuations, prices are subject to change. In the
event of an advertised pricing error, you are entitled
to the first purchase at the lower price only.
All subsequent purchases will be charged at the
correct price.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return
it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund
or credit. Call 1800 65 1173 for return instructions.
Goods must be returned unused, in original
packaging and be sent via registered post or courier
to guarantee receipt of goods in order for the credit
to be issued to your account. Claims for damages
must be made within 15 days of delivery. Custom
products are guaranteed for quality and accuracy
only. Once your purchase order has been processed
and the product has been ordered it cannot be
returned. Software products are guaranteed to be
virus free. Once they are opened they cannot be
returned. Available for selected Printers and does
not cover consumables. Printer must be returned in
its packaging in a re-sellable condition.
Trading Terms
Instant Credit. Receive up to $5,000 for new
accounts. Trading terms are 30 days from date of
invoice. We reserve the right to grant credit and
obtain third party credit worthiness checks.
For corporate and business orders over $2,000, a
purchase order containing an ABN or ACN number
must be provided.
Warranty
Seton products are sold with the understanding that
the buyer will determine for themselves the suitability
to their intended uses.
Seton warrants to the buyer that its products are free
from defects in material and workmanship, but limits
its obligation under this warranty to replacement of
the product, shown to Seton’s satisfaction as
defective at the time Seton sold it. This warranty
does not extend to any persons obtaining the
product from the buyer.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express
or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied
warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, and of any obligations or liability on Seton’s
part. Under no circumstances will Seton be liable for
any loss, damage, expense or consequential
damage of any kind arising in connection with the
use, or inability to use Seton’s products.
Price Match Guarantee
Received a more competitive quote from an alternate
supplier? Simply send the quote through to our
Customer Service team and we will match it. Items
must be identical. Excludes stock liquidations and
quantities greater than shown in our catalogue.
Price Match does not apply where price is below our
cost. An official quotation (including ABN) must be
presented at the time of ordering. If Seton is unable
to Price Match your request, we will provide a
suitable product/price alternative. Price Match
cannot be used with other discounts and offers.
Quotations
We are able to source and quote on products not
found in the catalogue. Larger quantities of single
products may also be quoted. Call 1800 65 1173
for a prompt quotation.
Many Seton products allow you to add your own
company logo or custom artwork. Email your image
to setonaust_quotes@seton.com in one of the
following formats: EPS, AI, Bitmap, JPEG, TIFF or
PCX. Image resolution must be a minimum of
300dpi. Fax copies are not acceptable. If cameraready
artwork is unavailable, please enquire about
our custom artwork design service.
Supply and
Installation Service
Seton’s Installation Service is provided by one of our
preferred suppliers. Should you experience any
issues with your installation, Seton will refer you to
our supplier. All care will be taken to install work
specified within the set time frame given. In the case
where an installation date may be changed due to
unforeseen circumstances, Seton will contact the
customer to advise and arrange another date. In this
case, no liability shall fall on Seton for any loss that
occurs.
Any additional work will need to be quoted
separately by Seton, please call 1800 65 1173. An
additional setup fee may apply if the installer is
required to return to the site. The installers have been
instructed NOT to install additional materials unless
approved by management. If you require additional
installation works please make contact with Seton
prior to the proposed installation date. Products that
have been purchased from Seton and are installed
cannot be returned.
