HELPING PEOPLE LIVE WELL HIV/AIDS SE LGBT individuals living with HIV and AIDS have access to services including on-site primary medical care, housing needs, and other important social service resources through our team of experienced clinical case managers. The Montrose Center incorporates HIV prevention education throughout all of its counseling and supportive services, and hosts educational events and community forums addressing a wide range of HIV-related and other wellness topics. We also handle case management for thousands of HIV-positive Houstonians, including linking them to job assistance programs, assisting them with housing and other basic needs and helping them receive the medications they need. 282 people living with HIV/AIDS received housing assistance 2,821 people living with HIV/AIDS recieved case management assistance 2 0 1 5 A N N U A L R E P O R T
