FIBERPLAST is a wing of “Al-Mathail International”
General contracting, wholly owned Saudi Arabian
Company engaged in the fabrication and maintenance
jobs related to FRP and Thermoplastics.
FIBERPLAST is established in the year 2014 and team
leaders are comprised of members engaged in the field
of ‘composite and thermoplastics’ for many years both
in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
FIBERPLAST is formulated with a sincere pledge to serve
the industry with sincerity, reliability and punctuality in
a transparent customer friendly way. We have all
required facilities and skilled man-power, and able
supervisory staff to handle any type of job related to
FRP and thermoplastics.
Our present facility is located in ‘Araifi Industrial area’,
Al-Jubail, neighboring Oil & Gas, Refineries and
Petrochemical industry.

PRODUCT DETAILS
FIBERPLAST can fabricate any type of FRP and Plastic lined
FRP products as per customer requirements. Apart from that
we can even undertake the scope of design, preparation of
drawings, logistic supports, site erection—etc. of any FRP or
dual laminated FRP equipment as per the relevant
international standard.
So it may be noted that our products are not actually confined
to the list below.
1. Fiberglass roof curbs
FIBERPLAST fabricates fiberglass roof curbs to suite the fan
size, roof position and profile type. The curb opening and
flanges will be compatible to the fan. The roof curb will be
matching to the roof slope and profile type of the roof sheet.
The roof curb can be fabricated suiting “along slope” or “at
ridge” installation.
The curb opening can be square, rectangular or circular. We
fabricate insulated and non-insulated type of roof curbs.

FIBERPLAST’s unique Weather proof outer coating ensures
durability in any chemical corrosive environments and are “U-
V stabilized.
2. Portable Chemical Toilets

fixed waste tank on the
bottom with outlet pipe
for suction connection for
removing the waste.

However we can offer models with added fixtures like hand
wash, tissue paper holder, any closet type of your choice,
water connection -----etc.
FIBERPLAST offers chemical toilets with superior resin system
suitable for corrosive environment with enhanced chemical
resistance. The shades also can be as per your choice.
We entertain bulk orders with shortest delivery schedule and
subsidized prices.
3. Fiberglass storage tanks
FIBERPLAST offers a wide range of fiberglass tanks for water
and chemical storages. Basically we fabricate tanks in
horizontal and vertical design.

FIBERPLAST fabricates tanks for underground installation like
septic tanks and tanks for transportation (Road tankers).
FIBERPLAST supplies fiberglass panel tanks of rectangular
type.
For cylindrical tanks FIBERPLAST has wide range of diameter
options to suit the site.
All optional accessories for tanks like railings and access
ladders are provided by us.
The material of construction is GRP in suitable resin system
depending upon the service.
The external resin system will vary depending upon the
environment of the installation site.

For water storage purpose we provide tanks with food grade
resin system and for
chemical storage purpose
we provide suitable resin
system compatible to the
storage material.
Apart from FRP/GRP tanks,
FIBERPLAST can fabricate
dual laminate tanks with
thermoplastic liners like
PP, CPVC, PVC, PVDF---etc
as per customer
specifications or as per the
relevant standards.
4. Fiberglass Transport tanks
FIBERPLAST Fabricates fiberglass transport tanks according
to customer requirements. We can fabricate according to
vehicle sizes and customer requirements. These are U-Vstabilized,
highly corrosion resistant due to special protective
coating.

For water transportation the resin system of inside liner is of
food grade version which is recommended for the storage of
potable water under FDA regulation.
The inside resin system changes according to the storage
material.
FIBERPLAST undertakes the repair or inside lining of metallic
transport tanks also.
5. Fiberglass Pipes & Fittings.

FIBERPLAST offers Fiberglass pipes of high reliability. We
offer hand-lay-up and filament wound pipes as per the
pressure rating requirement of our customers. We offer these
pipes from various resin systems like Polyester, Vinyl ester,
Epoxies, Furanes, Phenolics ---etc., as per service
requirements
FIBERPLAST Offers pipes and fittings as per any design code
like BS,PS-15-69, ASTM-D, AS-2634 section 3, AWWA C 950,
AWWA M 45, IS, DIN.

FIBERPLAST also offers dual laminated pipes and fittings with
liners like PP, PP-H, PVC, C-PVC, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP and PFA –
etc.
FIBERPLAST fabricate special fittings like strainers,
perforated headers, Flanged headers with branches, pond
spray system----etc., as per customer requirement with the
right resin system.
SALIENT FEATURES OF FIBERPLAST PIPES &
FITTINGS:-
‣ Thick conductive –corrosion protective layer
inside prevents corrosion and the smooth
inner finish provides excellent hydraulic
properties, which, in turn, reduces the
pumping friction and cost.
‣ Colored finish on outside as per your choice.
No additional coating of any type or cathodic
protection is required further.
‣ Processed with Fire retardant and U-Vprotection
additives
‣ Exhibits high strength to weight ratio.
‣ Supplied in longer lengths and easy to install
due to comparatively less weight when
compared to other counter parts ( Approx. 5
times lesser than steel pipe)
‣ Fabricate from the right resin system
compatible to the service.
‣ Supplied with design, stress-analysis and

chance of penetration or infiltration from
inside or outside.
6. Fiberglass Chemical process equipments
FIBERPLAST undertakes the fabrication of FRP Chemical
process equipments as per any standards like ASTM, ASME, AS,
JIS, BS---etc.

FIBERPLAST fabricates the equipments in any resin system
depending upon the service requirements complete with all
accessories and internals. The Equipments can be in Pure FRP
(Thermosetting plastic) or dual laminate with liner material.
FIBERPLAST process equipments exhibits the following
general properties.
‣ These are highly corrosion resistant.
‣ Can withstand higher temperatures
‣ Suitable for vacuum and pressure
conditions.
‣ High impact and abrasion resistant.
‣ Can easily be maintained and repaired.
FIBERPLAST undertakes Maintenance on fiberglass chemical
process equipments like partial repair of damaged portions, in
kind replacement of any type of fiberglass or thermoplastic
internals ---etc.

FIBERPLAST also undertakes FRP lining and fluro-carbon
lining on process equipments with internals and accessories.
FIBERPLAST undertakes fabrication of pollution control
equipments like blowers, ducts---etc.
We can fabricate and repair blowers of any type and can
perform fiberglass lining job on blowers and ducting.

7. Fiberglass Gratings and Platforms.
FIBERPLAST fabricates and
supplies fiberglass gratings,
railings, and handrail and step
ladders as per the desired
specifications. We can supply
gratings with different choices of
mesh sizes and resin systems,
which, are easy to fabricate and
install. These are light weight,
durable, fire retardant, U-V
protected and are thermal and
electrical nonconductor.
FIBERPLAST supplies both
pultruded and molded versions in
the required load bearing capacity.
FIBERPLAST supplies complete set
of prefabricated hand rails and
ladders as per your requirement.

8. SPRAY SHIELD FOR FLAGES.
FIBERPLAST supplies PTFE cloth spray shields of high quality.
These comes with single and multi-layered clear cloth for
easy visibility and with colored cloth which indicates leakages
by the color changes of built-in “PH patches” containing
litmus. Color changes to red for acids and to green for alkalis.
The “PH patches” are replaceable, enabling re-uses of the
shields. It can be used in-doors and out-doors and are weather
and U-V- resistant.
FIBERPLAST spray-shields can easily be installed without
any special tools by means of hook and draw strings.

Spray-shields helps in meeting regulatory standards set by
agencies such as OSHA, EPA, MSHA, SOLAS, ARS & DNV, and
are also required by some insurance companies.

OUR ON - SITE SERVICES
FIBERPLAST undertakes on-site services by deploying skilled
man-power and able supervisory staff. Our services are
categorized as below.
1. FRP Maintenance on piping and
Chemical equipments.
FIBERPLAST undertakes FRP and dual laminate FRP pipe
repairs like pipe joining, leak arrest---etc.
We can undertake repairs in any type of resin systems like
orthopthalic, Isopthalic, Bisphenolic, Vinyl ester ----etc., and
we have the facility to repair any type of liners likes PP, PVC,
CPVC, ECTFE, PVDF, FEP, TFM etc.

FIBERPLAST undertakes partial replacement of process and
storage vessels by removing the damaged part and replacing
the same with the new one, irrespective of the resin system
and liner materials. However, feasibility of repair depends on
the extent or nature of damage.
FIBERPLAST fabricates or replace any type of
internals in FRP or dual laminate scrubbers and
columns as per the requirement.
FIBERPLAST undertakes FRP lining jobs on floors,
metallic tanks for corrosion protection.
FIBERPLAST undertakes piping jobs in FRP or dual
laminates for expansion projects or new projects on
package basis or “labor alone” by deploying skilled
manpower.

2. TURN AROUND ( SHUT-DOWN JOBS )
‣ FIBERPLAST undertakes time bound “turn-around”
jobs on package basis by deploying skilled work force
of proven background as well as efficient supervisory
staff.
‣ FIBERPLAST prefabricates the required fittings or
replacements and execute the task within your
scheduled time period.
‣ FIBERPLAST has facilities to take care of all
consumables, tools and labor required to handle the
turn- around tasks based on your advance
information.
