By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:
To place a booking a 20% deposit is required, this is non-refundable. Full payment for the booking is due by 02.11.16. Any bookings made after 18.10.16 will be required to make full payment upon making the booking.
Failure to make payment before this date will result in the loss of your table and your deposit. The Bierkeller Entertainment Complex do not store your personal information or card details, it is therefore your responsibility
to contact us and ensure that payment is made on time. If a member of your group cancels or you wish to cancel a booth you must give us at least 7 days notice to receive a 50% refund of the ticket/booth price put behind
the bar, this is to allow us the opportunity to resell the seats. If the entire group cancels you will not receive a refund. If for any reason you need to reschedule the date of your booking we will require 7 days notice to do so
and it is subject to availability. No refunds will be given should you wish to cancel your purchase of any extra items such as table top keggies, drinks packages, food vouchers or extra wristbands etc.
Guest must be 18 years or older and proof of age may be required. The management reserve the right to refuse admission. Our standard terms of trade apply. All payments include VAT. If the date you had in mind is not
available please speak to a member of the bookings team who will be able to advise you with alternate dates, venues, packages or add you to our waiting list. Your signature above confirms you have read and understood the
