Certificate in Basic Soft-Skills (CBS) for (MT)<br />

This is the program designed to prepare an MT to have better leadership approach of any organization. As part of the<br />

syllabus we have the basic input of professional manner and etiquette, effective time management, effective<br />

communication skills, fundamentals of leadership with special focus on teambuilding with the blending of the theory of<br />

positivity.<br />

This program is designed for fresher’s/ management trainees. It is a 2 day long workshop.<br />

Certificate in English for Professionals (CEP)<br />

This program is all about writing skills in conjunction with e-mail writing, meeting manners and very basics of effective<br />

communication skills. There are 3 levels of assessment to ensure its quality. It starts with placement test, pre assessment<br />
