About Ottakringer<br />
The Ottakringer Brewery is situated right in the<br />
heart of Vienna. We are the last large brewery in<br />
the city and at the same time one of the last large<br />
independent breweries in Austria. Since inception<br />
in 1837 we are family-owned and the owner<br />
family is highly involved in the daily business. We<br />
distinguish ourselves by high-quality products<br />
and a wide variety of sorts ranging from our<br />
classic Ottakringer Helles through our alcoholfree<br />
Null Komma Josef to the new, yet historic<br />
Ottakringer Wiener Original.
Viennese Brewery<br />

Brewing Process<br />
Our key to success: Every Ottakringer beer is<br />
brewed with clearest spring water from our own<br />
118m deep artesian well, refined with finest hops<br />
and malts by the master brewer and – from the<br />
selection of raw materials to the elaborate<br />
brewing process to the bottling – accompanied by<br />
our staff with heart, reason and soul. After all, we<br />
are brewing according to the German beer purity<br />
law from 1516.
Event Location<br />
We consider our brewery as a place associated<br />
with joie de vivre. Guests have always been<br />
welcome to our premises– no matter whether<br />
company event, wedding or clubbing. During the<br />
summer we even host our own beer festival on<br />
our premises.
Export<br />
Our partners benefit from the high commitment<br />
and sense of responsibility from each of our<br />
employees. Our brewery team is only content<br />
when all requests are met and the customer is<br />

Helles has its roots in 19th<br />

Fruity – fizzy – naturally cloudy<br />
Our naturally cloudy<br />
Ottakringer Citrus Radler, a<br />
shandy, promises a natural<br />
sensation of taste for lovers<br />
of mixed beer drinks. It<br />
consists of 40 % beer and<br />
60 % lemonade.<br />
