Who? Kybella works best in patients who have
moderate to severe submental fullness. This is best
determined by Drs. Quatela or Koenig at your
consultation appointment. The number of treatments and
vials will also be dependent on the size and fullness of
the area to be treated.
What? Kybella is a formulation of deoxycholic
acid, which is a molecule that occurs naturally in the
body and which aids in the breakdown and absorption of
fat. When injected into the treatment area, it destroys the
fat cells and prevents them from being able to store fat in

How? Using small needles, Kybella is
administered through a series of injections into the area
