As you flick through the attached
proof you notice that the images
may appear blurred. This is
because they are shown in a low
resolution format. Should you wish
to view a higher resolution copy,
then please let us know and we
shall email this through to you.
The purpose of the proof is to give
you the opportunity to check, and
double check, for any mistakes,
copy spellings or grammar errors
and of any omissions. At this point
you can inform us of any changes
which are to be made.
Following this you will receive a
revised proof for checking.
Once you are happy with the
document, you should proceed to
email confirmation for the
document to go to press. Upon
giving your approval the
responsibility for the entire content,
including graphics and colour, will
fall to you and not to Abacus Print
& Design. We shall proceed to
print with the document you have
authorised.
Any delivery dates given are subject
to change, without notice, as we
are subject to changing
circumstances that may be out of
our control. They should be
supplied in PDF, Jpeg or EPS format
and a minimum of 300 DPI (dots
per inch)
Payment in full is required prior to
any work being carried out unless
agreed at the time of the order
being placed.
