As you flick through the attached<br />
proof you notice that the images<br />
may appear blurred. This is<br />
because they are shown in a low<br />
resolution format. Should you wish<br />
to view a higher resolution copy,<br />
then please let us know and we<br />
shall email this through to you.<br />
The purpose of the proof is to give<br />
you the opportunity to check, and<br />
double check, for any mistakes,<br />
copy spellings or grammar errors<br />
and of any omissions. At this point<br />
you can inform us of any changes<br />
which are to be made.<br />
Following this you will receive a<br />
revised proof for checking.<br />
Once you are happy with the<br />
document, you should proceed to<br />
email confirmation for the<br />
document to go to press. Upon<br />
giving your approval the<br />
responsibility for the entire content,<br />
including graphics and colour, will<br />
fall to you and not to Abacus Print<br />
& Design. We shall proceed to<br />
print with the document you have<br />
authorised.<br />
Any delivery dates given are subject<br />
to change, without notice, as we<br />
are subject to changing<br />
circumstances that may be out of<br />
our control. They should be<br />
supplied in PDF, Jpeg or EPS format<br />
and a minimum of 300 DPI (dots<br />
per inch)<br />
Payment in full is required prior to<br />
any work being carried out unless<br />
agreed at the time of the order<br />
being placed.<br />
