1. The financial information used to determine the Pharmacy Turnover is an year end ‘draft’ figure taken from
the business Profit & Loss Statement
2. We note that it is normal to look at previous year financial data when assessing market value, however
given the material changes to the Pharmacy landscape from 1 July 2015 with the introduction of the 6 th
