ABOUT COMPANY
Our company is flexible, responsible, modern, with excellent product
design and high-quality client service. The company pays great
attention to lead times and delivery accuracy.
We have developed our own furniture collections for children and
young people as well as dining rooms, nevertheless they are also
open to white label production (home, office, school and public
environmental furniture).
Our strongest side is the ability to combine different materials in one
product, which makes our offer very flexible. All materials that are
used for making furniture corresponds E1 requirements, materials
are fully used and nothing enters the environment.
We have a creative, flexible and professional product development
team that transfers ideas of designers and clients into successful
products. Our long term experience in furniture production allows
to find reasonable and cost-effective solutions. We are glad to have a
job well done and our customers' success.
The company pays great attention to production efficiency and
quality, as well as product design and environmentally-friendly
manufacturing.
We pay a great attention to investment planning and production
management as well as carefully selecting and implementing new
technologies, in order to perform at the best quality possible.
Our company has a clear and well defined quality management
system. It serves as a set of guidelines for production process to
ensure quality maintenance and improvement. Every delivery is
exposed to multistage quality control during which the products are
checked according to the fault rate system (AQL).
According our technological possibilities we are using high quality
materials:
• Wooden plates (MDF, particular boards, solid wood panels, plywood);
• Form-pressed plywood (mainly birch and beech);
• Top layers (veneer, melamine, HPL);
• Solid wood (birch, pine, beech, oak and ash).
For the treatment we use water base and solvent base lacquers, paints
and stains, and ecological oils. We are working with formaldehyde free
glues and according product specification materials can correspond
to European E1 emissions standards as well as California’s CARB 1
and 2 emissions standards.
