CONFIDENTIALITY ETHICS DUTY OF CARE
We are committed to maintaining
the highest degree of integrity in all
our dealings with potential, current
and past clients. This is in terms of
normal commerical confidentiality,
and the protection of all personal
information received in the course
of providing the business services
concerned. We extend the same
standards to all of our customers,
suppliers and associates.
We always conduct our own services
honestly and honourably, and
expect our clients and suppliers to
do the same. Our advice, strategic
assistance and the methods
imparted through our training
take proper account of ethical
considerations. This is together with
the protection and enhancement of
the moral position of our clients and
suppliers.
Our actions and advice will
always conform to relevant law.
We believe that all businesses
and organisations, including this
conultancy, should avoid causing
any adverse effect on the human
rights of people in the organisations
we deal with, as well as the local and
wider enviroments and the wellbeing
of society at large.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CONTRACTS FEES
Due to the sensitive nature of our
particular consultancy servies, we
will not provide a service to a direct
competitior of a client, and we
generally try to avoid dealings with
competitor companies even after
the cessation of services to a client.
Our contract will usually be in
the form of a detailed proposal
including: aims, activities, costs,
timescales and deliverables. The
quality of our service and the value
of our support provide the only
true basis for continuity. We always
try to meet our clients contractual
requirements, particularly for
situations where an external
funding provider requires more
official parameters and controls.
Our fees are always competitive for
what we provide - a high quality,
tailored, bespoke service. As such
we do not generally offer arbitrary
discounts; generally a reduction in
price is only enabled by reducing
the level or extent of services to
be delivered. That said, we always
try to propose solutions which
accomodate our clients available
budgets and timescales. Wherever
possible we agree our fees and
basis of charges clearly in advance.

PAYMENT MORAL RIGHTS QUALITY ASSURANCE
We aim to be as flexible as possible
in the way that our services are
charged. Some clients prefer fixed
project fees, others are happier
with retainers and we try to fit in
with what is best for the client. We
make no attempt to charge interest
on late payments so we expect
paments to be made when agreed.
Our terms are generally net monthly
in arrears.
We retain the moral rights in,
and ownership of, all intellectual
property that we create unless
agreed otherwise in advance with
out clients. In return we respect the
moral and intellectual copyright
vested in our clients intellectual
property.
We maintain the quality of what
we do through constant on going
review with our clients, covering
aims, activities, outcomes and the
cost-effectiveness of every activity.
We encourage regular review
meetings and provide regular
progress reports. This consultancy
has been accredited under a number
of quality assurance schemes.

EQUALITY
We conduct all of our activities
professionally and with integrity.
We take great care to be completely
objective in our judgement and any
recommendations that we give, so
that issues are never influenced by
anything other than the best and
proper interests of our clients.
We always strive to be fair and
objective in our advice and actions,
and we are never influenced
in our decisions, actions or
recommendations by issues of
gender, race, creed, colour, age or
personal disability.

ENVIROMENT POLICY ETHICAL SOURCING WRAP ACCREDITATION
We are committed to the care
of the environment and the
prevention of pollution.
It is our policy to: -
- Assess our activities, products
and services with respect to
their environmental aspects
and impacts. Incorporate
all practicable procedures
and controls to prevent
environmental damage and
pollution.
- Minimise, control and prevent
the release of pollutants or other
substances to air, water or land.
- Improve the efficiency of our
operations by monitering our
consumption of energy and
resource, while reducing, reusing
or recycling waste materials.
- Introduce and maintain an
Enviromental Mangement
System.
We pride ourselves when
dealing with overseas suppliers
and ensure that they conduct
business to the highest ethical
and enviromental standards
as set out in our code of
conduct. This concerns social
and environmental issues such
as wage compliance, child
labour, occupational health and
safety, pollution prevention,
air emissions and waste
management.
To ensure that all the factories
we deal with comply with our
policies we visit the factories
every year to give a full
assessment which involves
talking to the employees directly.
All of our products and suppliers
are WRAP certified.
WRAP (Worldwide Resonsible
Accredited Production) is an
internationally recognised third
party certification dedicated to
ensuring lawful, humane and
ethical manufacturing.

TRANSFERS
We use a high quality screen
printed transfer called Soft-
Tran. At present we are the
only company in the UK which
is able to supply this transfer.
Soft-Tran has a high quality soft
exterior which stretches with
the garment unlike any other
standard transfer.
Using this technique promises
a quick turnaround due to our
relationships with reliable and
responsible manufacturers from
around the World.
EMBROIDERY
We offer a custom embroidery
service where we are able to
design and embroider headwear,
garments and accessories with
your own or existing designs.
We have in-house embroidery
facilities so again, we can
promise a quick turnaround with
this technique.
You can give us your own
design or we can help you to
develop a new one; another
option is to choose one of our
existing designs from our stock
catalogue.
